• All pricing is in USD and exclusive of sales tax.
• Not including any optional Xero add-ons.
• To find out what pricing plan you're on, head to Subscription in your Xero account and check the 'Subscription' column.
• Pricing is subject to change at any time, on notice to you, as per our terms of use.

Discounts and promo codes will continue to be honored, but multi-organization discount will be removed

If you have a current Xero discount or promo code, it will still apply to the new pricing until the discount or code expires. However, please note that from 1 October 2026, the multi-organization discount will begin to be phased out and will no longer be applied to eligible subscriptions.

The price changes take effect from October 1, 2026

The price changes take effect for new and existing US subscribers from October 1, 2026 and will show on invoices from this date onwards.
