How to book a Xero Coach
New customers within their first 90 days can get onboarding support. These scheduled, practical sessions with a Xero Coach cover setup, key features and workflows tailored to your business, so you leave with clear next steps and confidence using Xero.
1) Sign into Xero.
Log into your Xero account as usual. From within Xero, follow the prompts to open the Xero Coaches experience.
2) Tell us what you need.
Answer a few quick questions — for example, getting started, cleaning things up, or focusing on cash flow.
3) Choose a time that works.
Pick from available time slots that fit your schedule.
4) Meet your Xero Coach
Join your session, walk through your questions, and leave with practical actions you can put to work.
