Amazon Voucher – Offer Terms & Conditions – May 2025

These Terms apply to Xero’s offer to provide eligible customers with an Amazon voucher (the “Voucher”) (the “Promotion”). The voucher value is $50 USD. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Promotion is available on May 19, 2025, and may be modified or canceled by Xero at any time at its sole discretion. This Promotion, as well as your use of Xero services, is subject to Xero’s terms of use and privacy notice. By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion.

Eligibility

To qualify for this Promotion, you must:

  • Be a Day 1 Paying Organization located in the United States or United Kingdom.
  • Complete a meeting with a Small Business Onboarding (SBO) representative. This meeting must be scheduled using the Calendly link provided in the outreach communication and completed to be eligible;
  • Have received this offer via direct outreach from the SBO team.

This Promotion is not valid in combination with any third-party or other Xero offers. Limited to one voucher per eligible customer.

Voucher Redemption

Eligible customers will receive an email from Xero approximately 10 days after completing their SBO meeting. This email will contain a link to access and redeem their Voucher.

Xero has partnered with Nreach Online Services Inc. (Xoxoday) to deliver the Voucher. Redemption may require accepting Xoxoday’s terms and agreements. You can review Xoxoday’s privacy policy here: https://www.xoxoday.com/privacy-policy. Xero is not affiliated with Xoxoday beyond this partnership and is not responsible for any terms, services, or obligations provided by Xoxoday. Xoxoday manages the fulfillment and functionality of the Voucher platform.

Voucher Validity and Expiry

You must redeem your Voucher within 30 days of receiving the redemption email. After that time, the promotional link will expire and will not be reissued.

Once redeemed, your Amazon gift card or voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Expiration and use of the voucher are subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer or issuer.

Retailers

Vouchers will be redeemable on Amazon and are subject to Amazon’s standard terms and conditions. If the reward is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Xero’s control, it may be replaced with a reward of equal value. Vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Amazon.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Xero disclaims all liability related to this Promotion, including but not limited to the performance or fulfillment of the Voucher by Xoxoday. You waive any claim you may have against Xero in connection with this Promotion.
