85% off Xero for first 6 months, plus an exclusive Square offer

Offer Terms. These Terms apply to the Xero promotional offer (Xero Offer) and Square promotional offer (Square Offer) (together, the Offers) provided by Xero, Inc. (Xero) in partnership with Block, Inc. (Square). By participating in the Offers, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Xero Offer begins on February 3rd, 2026 and end on 31st March, 2026 (the Promotion Period). Xero reserves the right to modify or cancel the Offers at any time at its sole discretion.

The Xero Offer. Customers who have (a) not previously subscribed to Xero’s services; and (b) during the Promotion Period, sign up and purchase a paying US-based Xero Business Edition subscription will be eligible to receive 85% off their Xero subscription fees for the first 6 months. After the 6-month promotional period, your subscription will automatically revert to the standard list price for your plan type. This discount cannot be combined with other Xero offers.

The Square Offer. Offer valid for existing Xero customers that switch to Square. Offer valid for waived processing fees on up to $10,000 in bona fide transactions paid with a card. Waived processing fees are reimbursed to your account with each deposit. Unused waived processing fees expire after 180 days. After the offer has expired or been fully redeemed, standard pricing will apply. Not transferable or redeemable for cash. Offer expires on 11-05-2026 12:00 AM UTC or while supplies last, whichever comes first.

Fulfilment: Square is solely responsible for the fulfilment and operation of the Square Offer.

How to Redeem

  • Step 1: Sign up for a Xero subscription using the promotional page to receive the 85% discount.
  • Step 2: Follow the instructions provided in your Xero onboarding email or via the Xero App Store to sign up for a new Square account.
  • Step 3: Complete the Square registration process to activate the Free Processing Offer.

  • Relationship: Xero is not a party to any agreement you enter into with Square. Xero acts solely as a promoter of the Square service and is not responsible for the provision of Square’s services or the Free Processing Offer.
  • Privacy: By participating in this Offer, you consent to Xero and Square sharing necessary data to verify your eligibility and administer the Offer in accordance with Xero’s Privacy Notice and Square’s Privacy Policy.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xero disclaims all liability in connection with the Square component of this Offer and is not responsible for any issues arising from your use of Square’s services. You waive any claim you might have against Xero regarding the performance or fulfilment of the Square Free Processing Offer.
