Complete a Demo Voucher Offer Terms and Condition - June 2026
These Terms apply to Xero’s offer to provide Eligible Customers (as defined below) with a voucher (the Voucher) (the Promotion). The exact amount and retailer of the Voucher will be specified in the offer you received from Xero. If you participate in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Promotion begins on June 3rd, 2026, and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 pm PST (the Promotion Period). Xero reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time at its sole discretion. This Promotion and use of the Xero services are subject to Xero’s terms of use and privacy notice, and by participating in this Promotion, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
Eligibility To be eligible for this Promotion, you must: (a) be an Accounting or Bookkeeping practice located in the United States; (b) not be a previous user of Xero; (c) be the person to whom this Promotion was sent directly from Xero, and the same person signing up for and attending the live demo with a Xero representative, holding a verifiable decision-making role for the practice such as Managing Director, Authorized Director, Designated Director/Manager of Final Authority, or Responsible Director/Manager of Final Decision; (d) have a practice with a minimum of 50 clients; (e) book a demo by June 30, 2026 and complete the demo by 11:59 PM PST on July 10, 2026; (f) attend the scheduled demo with your camera turned on; (g) pass Xero's real-time enrichment validation that occurs post-booking, if Xero cannot validate the provided information, you will not qualify for a live demo and will be ineligible for the Voucher; and (h) complete your demo before the Voucher limit of 250 is reached, this Promotion will close upon the earlier of: the date in (e) or the 250th completed demo (an Eligible Customer).
This Promotion is only available to the person who was sent the promotional communication (the Eligible Customer) and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person. The individual who books and completes the demo must be the same person to whom this Promotion was addressed. If a different person books or attends the demo, that individual will not be eligible for the Voucher. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with third-party or other Xero offers. Limited to one Voucher per Eligible Customer. Xero reserves the right to remove your access to, and disqualify you from, this Promotion for any reason including, but not limited to, where Xero reasonably believes that your entry is not in good faith, is fraudulent, or where you have otherwise provided any untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information to Xero.
Voucher Redemption The Voucher amount is $200. Within approximately 14 days of meeting the Eligibility criteria, you will receive an email from Xero with an access link to redeem your voucher. We’ve partnered with Nreach Online Services Inc (Xoxoday) to provide this voucher. To redeem your voucher, you may have to accept any agreement(s) as required by Xoxoday. You can find Xoxoday’s privacy policy here. Xero is not an agent or representative of Xoxoday, and is not party to any terms you enter into with Xoxoday. Xoxoday is responsible for the operation of the Xoxoday Platform, and is responsible for fulfilling your voucher. You can contact Xoxoday for any operational questions.
Closing Date
You must redeem your Voucher within 30 days from the date of receiving the redemption email. After this time, the promotional link will expire and will not be replaced.
Retailers
As an Eligible Customer, you will be able to redeem your voucher from the retailer specified in your email. The voucher will be subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer or voucher issuer, and will have its own expiry date. If a reward is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Xero’s control, it will be replaced with a reward of equal value. Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. This offer is not sponsored, connected or endorsed by the retailer of the voucher.
Tax.
Any tax liability and/or reporting obligations arising from the receipt or redemption of the Voucher are the sole responsibility of the Eligible Customer. You are responsible for assessing your own tax implications and should consult with a professional advisor as required in connection with this Promotion.
Limitation of Liability
Other than liability that can’t be excluded or limited by law, Xero and its affiliates shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. Xero is also not responsible or liable for any acts, omissions or the performance of Xoxoday, and any engagement with them is at your own risk.
