Partner Amazon Voucher Offer Terms and Conditions - May 2026
These Terms apply to Xero’s offer to provide Eligible Customers (as defined below) with a voucher (the Voucher) (the Promotion). The exact amount and retailer of the Voucher will be specified in the offer you received from Xero. If you participate in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Promotion begins on 4 May 2026 and ends 31 May 2026 at 11.59pm UTC (the Promotion Period). Xero reserves the right to change or cancel this Promotion at any time at its sole discretion. This Promotion and use of the Xero services are subject to Xero’s terms of use and privacy notice, and by participating in this Promotion, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
Eligibility. To be eligible for this Promotion, you must (a) be a Xero Partner (that is an accountant or bookkeeper using a valid and active Xero subscription in the United States in accordance with Xero’s Partner Agreement and excludes any trial subscription); (b) have been emailed the Promotion details directly from Xero during the Promotion Period; (c) have your client (who is not an existing Xero customer and has not benefitted from a prior promotion discount from Xero) purchase their first Xero business edition plan in the United States on xero.com by 31 May 2026 using code DIRECT803USV (Eligible Client); (d) ensure your Eligible Client invites you in as an advisor (see here for the steps on how they do this), no later than 31 May 2026; (e) accept your Eligible Client’s invite within 14 days of receiving it, no later than 15 June 2026; and (f) your Eligible Client maintains a paid Business Edition subscription plan for at least four (4) months (Eligible Customer). This Promotion is only available for Eligible Customers and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person (including any colleague, staff member, accountant, bookkeeper, spouse or other representative), even if they invite the Eligible Client or are added as an advisor on the Eligible Customer’s behalf. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with third-party or other Xero offers. Limited to one voucher per Eligible Customer. The total voucher amount will depend on how many of your Eligible Clients invite you in as an advisor, up to a maximum of ten (10) Eligible Client. This amount will be specified in the offer you received from Xero. For clarity, the amount of your voucher will be greater if more Eligible Clients invite you in as an advisor, up to a total of ten (10) Eligible Clients. Xero reserves the right to remove your access to this Promotion, including cancelling or not issuing the voucher, if it reasonably believes that your entry into the Promotion or an action required to be taken for Promotion is not in good faith, attempts to “game the system,” (e.g., making changes to your subscription to take advantage of the offer, creating fake accounts, or setting up multiple fake accounts on the same billing account, etc.), is fraudulent, and/or violates Xero’s terms of use. Xero will determine in its sole discretion, what constitutes an Eligible Customer.
Voucher redemption. Eligible Customers will receive an email from Xero within approximately 14 days of 15 September 2026, you will receive an email from Xero with an access link to redeem your voucher. We’ve partnered with Nreach Online Services Inc (Xoxoday) to provide this voucher. To redeem your voucher, you may have to accept any agreement(s) as required by Xoxoday. You can find Xoxoday’s privacy policy here. Xero is not an agent or representative of Xoxoday, and is not party to any terms you enter into with Xoxoday. Xoxoday is responsible for the operation of the Xoxoday Platform, and is responsible for fulfilling your voucher. You can contact Xoxoday for any operational questions.
Closing date. You must redeem your voucher within 30 days from the date of receiving the redemption email. After this time, the promotional link will expire and will not be replaced.
Retailers. As an Eligible Customer, you will be able to redeem your voucher from the retailer specified in your email. The voucher will be subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer or voucher issuer, and will have its own expiry date. If a reward is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Xero’s control, it will be replaced with a reward of equal value. Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. This offer is not sponsored, connected or endorsed by the retailer of the voucher.
Tax. Any tax liability and/or reporting obligations arising from the receipt or redemption of the Voucher are the sole responsibility of the Eligible Customer. You are responsible for assessing your own tax implications and should consult with a professional advisor as required in connection with this Promotion.
Limitation of liability. Other than liability that can’t be excluded or limited by law, Xero and its affiliates shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. Xero is also not responsible or liable for any acts, omissions or the performance of Xoxoday, and any engagement with them is at your own risk.
