International Payments Voucher Offer Terms and Conditions
Pay Overseas Suppliers. First 50 Customers Earn a $500 Voucher Offer.
These Terms apply to Xero’s offer to provide 50 Eligible Customers (as defined below) with a voucher (the Voucher) (the Promotion). If you participate in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility. The Promotion begins on July 1 2026 and ends on September 30 2026 at 11.59pm UTC or once there are 50 Eligible Customers (the Promotion Period). To be eligible for this Promotion (Eligible Customer), you must (a) have a Xero business edition plan that supports multi-currency in the United States; (b) you must have a bill payable to a supplier outside of the US in foreign currency (not USD); (c) have been communicated the Promotion details directly from Xero during the Promotion Period; and (d) be among the first 50 customers to complete a foreign currency payment of USD$1,000 or more (in equivalent foreign currency) (excluding fees) using Xero online bill payments during the Promotion Period.
Setting up online bill payments. In order to participate, you’ll need to set up online bill payments (if you haven’t already), then select one or more of your multi-currency bills awaiting payment in Xero, and select make payment. Complete the additional one-off details to verify your business and process the payment using online bill payments (note payment fees and exchange rates apply).
Voucher redemption. Within approximately 35 days of meeting the Eligibility criteria, you will receive an email from Xero with an access link to redeem your voucher. Xero will not redirect, transfer or reissue this email or Voucher access link to any other person or email address. Available voucher brands for the United States include; Swype Global Virtual Mastercard. The exact amount and retailer of the Voucher will be specified in the offer you received from Xero.
We’ve partnered with Nreach Online Services Inc (Xoxoday) to provide the Voucher. To redeem your Voucher, you may have to accept any agreement(s) as required by Xoxoday. You can find Xoxoday’s privacy policy here. Xero is not an agent or representative of Xoxoday, and is not party to any terms you enter into with Xoxoday. Xoxoday is responsible for the operation of the Xoxoday Platform, and is responsible for fulfilling your Voucher. Please contact Xoxoday for any operational questions regarding the voucher issuance and redemption process or Xoxoday’s platform.
Closing date. You must redeem your Voucher within 30 days from the date of receiving the redemption email. After this time, the promotional link will expire and will not be replaced.
Retailers. As an Eligible Customer, you will be able to redeem your Voucher from the retailer specified in your email. The Voucher will be subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer or voucher issuer, and will have its own expiry date. If a reward is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Xero’s control, it will be replaced with a Voucher of equal value. Vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. This offer is not sponsored, connected or endorsed by the retailer of the voucher.
Tax. Any tax liability and/or reporting obligations arising from the receipt or redemption of the Voucher are the sole responsibility of the Eligible Customer. You are responsible for assessing your own tax implications and should consult with a professional advisor as required in connection with this Promotion.Legal and Privacy. Xero reserves the right to change or cancel this Promotion at any time at its sole discretion. This Promotion and use of the Xero services are subject to Xero’s terms of use and privacy notice, and by participating in this Promotion, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
This Promotion is only available for you (the person who was contacted about the Promotion, the Eligible Customer) and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person, including any invited user or advisor of your subscription. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with third-party or other Xero offers. Limited to one voucher per Eligible Customer.
Xero reserves the right to remove your access to this Promotion, including cancelling or not issuing the voucher, if it reasonably believes that your entry into the Promotion or an action required to be taken for Promotion is not in good faith, attempts to “game the system,” (e.g., making changes to your subscription to take advantage of the offer, creating fake accounts, or setting up multiple fake accounts on the same billing account, etc.), is fraudulent, and/or violates Xero’s terms of use. Xero will determine in its sole discretion, what constitutes an Eligible Customer.
Limitation of liability. Other than liability that can’t be excluded or limited by law, Xero and its affiliates shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. Xero is also not responsible or liable for any acts, omissions or the performance of Xoxoday, and any engagement with them is at your own risk.
