Partner Referral Gift Card Offer – Terms and Conditions
These Terms apply to Xero's offer to provide Eligible Customers (as defined below) with a US$100 Amazon gift card (the “Gift Card”) and 100% off for 6 months on eligible plans (the “Subscription Offer”) (the Gift Card together with the Subscription Offer, collectively, the “Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Promotion begins on August 12 2026 and ends on July 4 2027 at 11:59pm UTC (The Promotion Period). Xero reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time at its sole discretion. This Promotion and use of the Xero services are subject to Xero's terms of use and privacy notice, and by participating in this Promotion, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
Eligibility. To be eligible for this Promotion, you must: (1) have not previously subscribed to or trialled Xero's services; (2) use this page to purchase a new Xero business edition subscription in the United States; (3) connect an eligible bank account to your Xero subscription within 6 months of signing up to Xero (see here for the steps on how to do this) (Eligible Customer); and (4) remain a Xero customer for at least 7 consecutive months.
This Promotion cannot be redeemed with your existing paid subscriptions, or be used in conjunction with third-party or other Xero offers, unless Xero states otherwise in writing. Limited to one Gift Card per Eligible Customer in the amount of US$100. Xero reserves the right to deny or remove any Gift Card eligibility, including cancelling or not issuing the Gift Card, if Xero reasonably believes that your participation in the Promotion is not in good faith, attempts to game the system (e.g., making changes to your subscription to take advantage of the offer, creating fake accounts, or setting up multiple fake accounts on the same billing account), is fraudulent, and/or violates Xero's terms of use. Xero will determine in its sole discretion what constitutes an Eligible Customer.
Subscription offer. As part of this Promotion, Eligible Customers will receive 6 months free on their new Xero business edition subscription. After the first 6 months, Xero's then-current list price will apply and will auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Only available to customers in the United States purchasing their first organization using this landing page. Subscription Offer applies to base plan subscriptions and does not apply to any additional charges for add-ons, usage and payment fees, unless otherwise specified. This offer cannot be used with, or exchanged for, any other offer. Xero can change or cancel this offer at any time.
Connecting your bank feed. You'll need to be registered for your bank's online banking to connect your bank to Xero. You can check if a bank feed is available for your bank and account type when you add your bank account in Xero. If you are unable to connect your bank to Xero as described above, or if you import bank transactions using a CSV, OFX, QIF, or other supported format, you will not be eligible for the Promotion.
Gift Card Redemption. Eligible Customers will receive an email from Xero within approximately 10 days of completing their payment of the seventh month of their Xero subscription and meeting all applicable eligibility requirements, containing an access link to redeem their Gift Card. Xero will not redirect, transfer, or reissue this email or Gift Card access link to any other person or email address. Xero has partnered with Nreach Online Services Inc. (Xoxoday) to provide this Gift Card. To redeem your Gift Card, you may have to accept any agreement(s) as required by Xoxoday. You can find Xoxoday’s privacy policy here: https://www.xoxoday.com/privacy-policy. Xero is not an agent or representative of Xoxoday, and is not party to any terms you enter into with Xoxoday. Xoxoday is responsible for the operation of the Xoxoday platform and for fulfilling your Gift Card. You can contact Xoxoday directly for any operational questions relating to Gift Card redemption.
Closing date. You must redeem your Gift Card within 30 days of the date of the redemption email. After this time, the promotional link will expire and will not be replaced.
Retailers. The Gift Card will be issued as a US$100 Amazon gift card. If the gift card becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Xero's reasonable control, it will be replaced with a reward of equal value. The Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer or gift card issuer and may have its own expiry date. Gift Cards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or otherwise associated with, Amazon.
Tax. Any tax liability and/or reporting obligations arising from the receipt or redemption of the Gift Card are the sole responsibility of the Eligible Customer. You are responsible for assessing your own tax implications and should consult with a professional advisor as required in connection with this Promotion.
Limitation of liability. Other than liability that can't be excluded or limited by law, Xero and its affiliates shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. Xero is also not responsible or liable for any acts, omissions or the performance of Xoxoday, and any engagement with them is at your own risk.
