: Before joining Xero, Sukhinder Singh Cassidy spent more than 25 years’ in Silicon Valley as a CEO, digital leader and board member, building and scaling global companies including Google, Amazon, Yodlee, Joyus and StubHub. In this session, Luke Burbank will sit down with Sukhinder to delve into her journey as a founder and entrepreneur, sharing the lessons she’s learned that will inspire you to look at your career in a completely new way, and take risks that will help you thrive (even when you fail).

She now leads Xero’s product teams, including product management, development and design, to realize Xero’s small business platform vision.

He founded his first company while still in college and competing on the Arizona State University triathlon and sailing teams. Shortly after graduation, he began scaling his creative agency while also being an All World Athlete in Ironman, in the top 10% of all amateurs worldwide. The same year, Steve filmed in a documentary series, produced at Nike that ultimately received an Emmy nomination. Over the coming years, he would speak at events on the same stage as the founder of Adobe, travel internationally to tell stories with his camera, and create impactful media.
