What if I can’t attend Xero Roadshow Accelerate? Can I get a refund?

Please advise us by email at events.us@xero.com if you registered for a Roadshow and can no longer attend. A full refund (less a $25 USD administration fee) will be made via the original payment method and to the party who originally paid the registration fee, if we’re notified by email at least 14 business days prior to the event.

I’ve booked my travel. Will you reimburse me for the cost to change my flights?

No, Xero will not reimburse roadshow attendees for hotels, flights or other travel-related expenses. Speak with your airline and hotel about their change and cancellation policies.

Events and tickets

What’s included in the Xero Roadshow Accelerate ticket price?

A Roadshow Accelerate ticket includes access to one of the roadshow events. A Roadshow Accelerate ticket allows access to the event starting at 11:30am and includes access to the cocktail reception ending at 7:30pm. By attending Roadshow Accelerate you’ll be eligible to receive up to four CPE points.

What are the roadshow morning workshops?

Roadshow morning workshops are limited seating workshops taking place the morning of each roadshow from 8:30am to 11:30am. The roadshow morning workshop tickets are sold separately from the main Roadshow Accelerate event. You can purchase tickets to the morning workshops while registering for the main roadshow event. Tickets to the morning workshops retail for $40 USD a ticket. By attending one of the morning workshops you’ll be eligible to receive two CPE points.

How many CPE points can I receive by attending Roadshow Accelerate?

Up to four CPE points are available to those who attend Roadshow Accelerate. If you register to attend a roadshow morning workshop, you can receive up to two more CPE points.

Can we pay in installments?

Unfortunately not. All tickets must be paid by credit card in full at the time of purchase.

Can we pay by invoice?

We’ll process 10 or more tickets by invoice. Payment terms are 7 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified. Please email events.us@xero.com if you wish to pay by invoice.

What social functions are there?

The cocktail reception starts at 5:30pm and ends at 7:30pm at each roadshow. Access to the cocktail party is included in your Roadshow Accelerate ticket price.

Can I bring a guest to the cocktail party?

Unfortunately due to safety measures, only people who purchase tickets to the roadshow events can attend the cocktail reception.

If I can’t attend in person, can I still tune into Roadshow Accelerate content online?

The Xero roadshows are events you have to be at in person to experience, we understand that not everyone may be able to travel to events. Though we won’t have a virtual option for Xero Roadshow Accelerate, we will be hosting additional ways to connect with you and our wider Xero community throughout 2023.

Cancellations and transfers

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

A: Unfortunately not. Please email events.us@xero.com and we’ll cancel your registration in line with our cancellation policy.

Getting there

How do I get to each of the roadshow venues?

Directions shared below on how to get to each of the 3 Roadshow venues.

Austin, TX (Roadshow venue: The Line):

The Line Austin is located at 111 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78701.

The Austin Roadshow is taking place at The Line’s event space located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. As you enter the main entrance of The Line’s lobby there is a large staircase which you will take up to the 2nd level of the hotel.

Atlanta, GA (Roadshow venue: Georgia Aquarium - Oceans Ballroom):

The Oceans Ballroom entrance of the Georgia Aquarium is located at 242 Ivan Allen Jr Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30313

Getting to the Oceans Ballroom entrance:

The Ocean’s Ballroom entrance is located on Level 1 of the Georgia Aquarium’s parking deck on the CORNER of Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd and Luckie Street ( 242 Ivan Allen Jr Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30313)

Once inside the Georgia Aquarium parking garage: USE THE BLUE ELEVATORS located on the corner of Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd and Luckie Street and follow signs to Oceans Ballroom.

PLEASE DO NOT FOLLOW SIGNS TO THE MAIN ENTRANCE/YELLOW Elevators. The YELLOW Elevators will bring you to the Main Entrance.

Los Angeles, CA (Roadshow venue: Valentine DTLA)

Valentine DTLA is located at 600 East 4th St, Los Angeles, CA 90013.

As you enter the main entrance of the venue, you will see event check in for the Los Angeles Roadshow.

Is there parking at the Roadshow Accelerate venues?

Yes, parking will be available at all three of our Roadshow Accelerate venues. Information will be shared prior to the events on where to park.

Austin, TX (Roadshow venue: The Line)

• Complimentary valet parking will be available upon arrival at The Line Austin. Let the valet attendant know you’re here for “Xero Roadshow”

Atlanta, GA (Roadshow venue: Georgia Aquarium - Oceans Ballroom)

To receive complimentary parking, please park at the Georgia Aquarium’s parking deck which is located on the CORNER of Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd and Luckie Street (242 Ivan Allen Jr Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30313). This is the only official Georgia Aquarium parking deck.

• Guests will be asked to pull a ticket on the way into the parking deck. You will not be asked to pay for parking upon entry into the deck. Please keep this ticket with you as you exit your vehicle. You will need this ticket to receive complimentary parking.
• If you parked at the Georgia Aquarium parking deck, you will receive a validation sticker once you check in at the event. You will then use the ticket with the validation sticker at the exit gates. The screen will display your complimentary rate as you exit the parking garage.

Los Angeles, CA (Roadshow venue: Valentine DTLA)

• Complimentary valet parking will be available upon arrival at Valentine DTLA. Let the valet attendant know you’re here for “Xero Roadshow”
