I don't see a link to register for Xero Roadshow. Where do I register?

Registration links were sent directly to you via email. Please check your inbox, and if you can’t locate your invitation, contact your account manager or the Xero team for support. You can find your account manager's contact details, or get support from the Xero team, in Xero Central under the Partners tab.

Will I be eligible for CPD hours?

Yes, CPD hours can be obtained by attending. This is a self assessed declaration determined by you and your associated governing body.

Can other members from my practice join me?

Yes, we encourage members from your practice to join us at Xero Roadshow. However, each person needs to register individually.

How do I know if Xero Roadshow will be relevant for me?

Xero Roadshow is designed for accountants and bookkeepers at every stage of their Xero journey. Whether you’re looking to stay ahead of industry changes, explore the latest Xero innovations, hear from experts or connect with your local community, Roadshow provides practical insights and ideas to help you strengthen your practice and support your clients.

Can I attend more than one breakout session?

No. Breakout sessions are scheduled at the same time, so you’ll take part in one two-part breakout session. By focusing on one breakout, you’ll get the most value from the content, insights and practical ideas designed to support your practice.

Can I attend part 1 of one breakout and part 2 of a different breakout?

No. Each breakout is designed as a two-part experience, with both sessions packaged together to deliver the most relevant content, practical insights and value tailored to you.

I’ve registered for one breakout session. Can I change this to another?

If you’d like to discuss changing your breakout session, please contact your account manager or the Xero team for support. You can find your account manager's contact details, or get support from the Xero team, in Xero Central under the Partners tab.

Do I need to register for the keynote session?

No. Your Xero Roadshow registration includes access to all keynote sessions and the full event experience.

Should I attend Xero Roadshow if I attended Xerocon 2026?

Yes, absolutely! While Xerocon is a unique opportunity to celebrate our community, connect and explore the latest innovations on the Xero platform, Xero Roadshow offers a more focused, practical experience. Alongside the latest product updates and expert insights, you'll take part in a dedicated two-part breakout session designed to help you walk away with practical ideas and actions you can apply in your practice.

Can I attend the event if I’m a small business owner?

Unfortunately not. Xero Roadshow is designed specifically for accountants and bookkeepers in practice, rather than small business owners or their employees.

Will there be an online version of Xero Roadshow?

No. This event series is all about the power of in-person connection and won’t be recorded or live-streamed.

I have dietary or accessibility requirements. How can I tell you about these?
