Gift Card – Offer Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to Xero's offer to provide Eligible Customers (as defined below) with a choice of a £200 gift card (the Gift Card) (the Promotion). If you participate in this Promotion by purchasing a Xero subscription in accordance with these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Xero may withdraw the Promotion at any time. This Promotion and use of the Xero services are subject to Xero's terms of use and privacy notice.

Eligibility.

To be eligible for this Promotion, you must (a) sign up to a Xero plan using the Referral Link, (b) remain a Xero customer for seven (7) consecutive months (Subscription Period); and (c) hold a paying Ignite, Grow, Comprehensive, or Ultimate Xero in month seven (7) of the Subscription Period; (d) within the Subscription Period, connect your Santander Business Bank Feed (Eligible Customer). Note - Customers who choose the Xero Simple plan at the end of the free period are not eligible for the Promotion.

Limited to one Gift Card per Eligible Customer. Xero reserves the right to remove your access to this Promotion, including cancelling or not issuing the Gift Card, if it reasonably believes that your entry into the Promotion or an action required to be taken for Promotion is not in good faith, attempts to "game the system," (e.g., making changes to your subscription to take advantage of the Promotion, creating fake accounts, or setting up multiple fake accounts on the same billing account, etc.), is fraudulent, and/or violates Xero's terms of use. Xero will determine in its sole discretion, what constitutes an Eligible Customer.

Gift Card redemption.

Eligible customers will receive an email from Xero within approximately 10 days of completing their payment of the seventh month of their Xero subscription, containing an access link to redeem your Gift Card. We've partnered with Sender, Inc. (Sendoso) to provide this Gift Card. To redeem your Gift Card, you may have to accept any agreement(s) as required by Sendoso. Sendoso is responsible for the operation of the Sendoso Platform and is responsible for fulfilling your Gift Card. Xero Support.

Closing date.

You must redeem your Gift Card within 30 days from the date of receiving the redemption email. After this time, the promotional link will expire and will not be replaced.

Retailers.

The participating retailers are currently Airbnb UK, Amazon, John Lewis & Partners, Sainsbury’s UK, Waitrose, Marks & Spencer, Asda, Aldi, Just Eat UK and ASOS, and may be subject to change. As an Eligible Customer, you will be able to redeem your Gift Card from the retailer selected after following the redemption email prompts. The Gift Card will be subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer or Gift Card issuer, and will have its own expiry date. If a reward is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Xero's control, it will be replaced with a reward of equal value. Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. This Promotion is not sponsored, connected or endorsed by any of the retailers listed.

Limitation of liability.

Xero remains responsible for the Xero services, the Xero platform, and the promotional discount forming part of this Promotion, in each case in accordance with Xero's standard terms of use. Xero is not responsible for, and does not accept any liability in relation to, the issue, processing, redemption or fulfilment of the Gift Card, including the performance of Sendoso or of any retailer or other third party involved in fulfilling a gift card or reward.
