MTD for IT Voucher Offer Terms and Conditions - November 2026

These Terms apply to Xero’s offer to you to complete your Making Tax Digital for Income Tax quarterly update by 7 November 2026 through Xero (“Quarterly Update”) and receive a £25 Amazon voucher (the voucher) (the Promotion). If you participate in this Promotion by sending your MTD for Income Tax quarterly update via Xero, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Promotion begins on 7 October 2026 and ends 7 November 2026 at 11:59 pm GMT. Xero reserves the right to change or cancel this Promotion at any time at its sole discretion. This Promotion and use of the Xero services are subject to Xero’s terms of use and privacy notice, and by participating in this Promotion, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion.

Eligibility: To be an Eligible Customer, you must: (a) be a new customer in the United Kingdom purchasing your first organisation on xero.com; (b) purchase a new Xero business edition subscription (a base Simple, Ignite, Grow, Comprehensive or Ultimate plan) by 11:59 pm GMT on 7 November 2026 using code MTDUKPROMO2209; and (c) successfully send your quarterly update to HMRC through Xero by 11:59 pm GMT on 7 November 2026 (an Eligible Customer).

This Promotion is only available for the primary subscriber of the organisation and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person, including any invited user or advisor of your subscription. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with third-party or other Xero offers. Limited to one Voucher per Eligible Customer. Xero reserves the right to remove access to this Promotion if it reasonably believes the entry is not in good faith or attempts to "game the system", is fraudulent, and/or violates Xero’s terms of use. Xero will determine in its sole discretion what constitutes (an Eligible Customer).

Voucher redemption. Within approximately 20 days of meeting the Eligibility criteria, you will receive an email from Xero with an access link to redeem your voucher. Xero uses voucher fulfillment partners (Partners) that help provide these vouchers. To redeem your voucher, you may have to accept any agreement(s) as required by such Partners. Xero is not an agent or representative of these Partners, and is not party to any terms you enter into with them. Those Partners are responsible for the operation of their platforms, and are responsible for fulfilling your voucher. You can contact Partners for any operational questions.

Closing date. You must redeem your voucher within 30 days from the date of receiving the redemption email. After this time, the promotional link will expire and will not be replaced.

Retailers. As an Eligible Customer, you will be able to redeem your voucher from Amazon. The voucher will be subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer or voucher issuer, and will have its own expiry date. If a reward is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Xero’s control, it will be replaced with a reward of equal value. Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. This offer is not sponsored, connected or endorsed by Amazon.

Limitation of liability. Other than liability that can’t be excluded or limited by law, Xero disclaims all liability in connection with this Promotion and is in no way responsible for the performance of Xoxoday. You waive any claim you might have against Xero in regards to the Promotion.

Governing law: the terms of this Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
