Connect Online Invoice Payments - Voucher Promotion Terms
These Terms apply to Xero’s offer to you to connect online invoice payments and receive a voucher (the voucher) (the Promotion). The exact amount of the voucher will be specified in the offer email you received from Xero. If you participate in this Promotion by connecting online invoice payments, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Promotion begins on 15 July 2026 and ends 30 August 2026 at 11.59pm BST or once there are 133 eligible customers. Xero reserves the right to change or cancel this Promotion at any time at its sole discretion. This Promotion and use of the Xero services are subject to Xero’s terms of use and privacy notice, and by participating in this Promotion, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
Eligibility. To be eligible for this Promotion, you must (a) have a Xero business edition in the United Kingdom; (b) have been contacted directly by Xero and offered this Promotion; and (c) both (i) attach an online invoice payment method to your Xero organisation, and (ii) send at least one invoice using that payment method within 60 days of receiving the offer, and no later than 29 October 2026 (together, the Qualifying Actions) (Eligible Customer). This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with third-party or other Xero offers. Limited to one voucher per Eligible Customer.
Connecting online invoice payments. You'll need to set up online invoice payments in Xero (if you haven’t already done so) and send at least one invoice enabled for online payment within the 60-day window referenced above using Stripe or GoCardless. If you do not complete both Qualifying Actions before the end of this window, you will not be eligible for the Promotion.
Voucher redemption. Within approximately 14 days of completing the qualifying actions, you will receive an email from Xero with an access link to redeem your voucher. We’ve partnered with Nreach Online Services Inc (Xoxoday) to provide this voucher. To redeem your voucher, you may have to accept any agreement(s) as required by Xoxoday. You can find Xoxoday’s privacy policy here. Xero is not an agent or representative of Xoxoday, and is not party to any terms you enter into with Xoxoday. Xoxoday is responsible for the operation of the Xoxoday Platform, and is responsible for fulfilling your voucher. You can contact Xoxoday for any operational questions.
Closing date. You must redeem your voucher within 30 days from the date of receiving the redemption email. After this time, the promotional link will expire and will not be replaced.
Retailers. As an Eligible Customer, you will be able to redeem your voucher from the retailer specified in your email. The voucher will be subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer or voucher issuer, and will have its own expiry date. If a reward is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Xero’s control, it will be replaced with a reward of equal value. Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Tax. Any tax liability and/or reporting obligations arising from the receipt or redemption of the Voucher are the sole responsibility of the Eligible Customer. You are responsible for assessing your own tax implications and should consult with a professional advisor as required in connection with this Promotion.
Limitation of liability. Other than liability that can’t be excluded or limited by law, Xero disclaims all liability in connection with this Promotion and is in no way responsible for the performance of Xoxoday. You waive any claim you might have against Xero in regards to the Promotion.
