Comprehensive and Ultimate Plans Voucher Offer Terms and Conditions - June 2026

These Terms apply to Xero’s offer to provide Eligible Customers (as defined below) with a voucher (the Voucher) (the Promotion). If you participate in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Promotion begins on June 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm BST on June 30, 2026. Xero reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time at its sole discretion. This Promotion and use of the Xero services are subject to Xero’s terms of use and privacy notice, and by participating in this Promotion, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion.

Eligibility: To be eligible for this Promotion, you must: (a) be in the United Kingdom; (b) be a new subscriber who has never purchased a Xero subscription before; (c) purchase a new Xero Comprehensive or Ultimate plan subscription by 30 June 2026 using code HPLAN2606UKVA; and (d) maintain the Comprehensive or Ultimate plan subscription for at least 7 months, having paid for 7 months of your Xero subscription (an Eligible Customer).

This Promotion is only available for the primary subscriber of the organisation and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person, including any invited user or advisor of your subscription. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with third-party or other Xero offers. Limited to one Voucher per Eligible Customer. Xero reserves the right to remove access to this Promotion if it reasonably believes the entry is not in good faith or attempts to "game the system", is fraudulent, and/or violates Xero’s terms of use. Xero will determine in its sole discretion what constitutes an Eligible Customer.

Voucher Redemption. Within approximately 14 days of meeting the Eligibility criteria, you will receive an email from Xero with an access link to redeem your voucher. Xero uses voucher fulfillment partners(Partners) that help provide these vouchers. To redeem your voucher, you may have to accept any agreement(s) as required by such Partners. Xero is not an agent or representative of these Partners, and is not party to any terms you enter into with them. Those Partners are responsible for the operation of their platforms, and are responsible for fulfilling your voucher. You can contact Partners for any operational questions.

Closing Date. You must redeem your Voucher within 30 days from the date of receiving the redemption email. After this time, the link will expire and will not be replaced.

Retailers. The Voucher is redeemable from Amazon. Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer and have their own expiry date. If a reward is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Xero’s control, it will be replaced with a reward of equal value. Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. This offer is not sponsored, connected or endorsed by Amazon.

Tax. Any tax liability and/or reporting obligations arising from the receipt or redemption of the Voucher are the sole responsibility of the Eligible Customer. You are responsible for assessing your own tax implications and should consult with a professional advisor as required in connection with this Promotion.

Limitation of liability. Other than liability that can’t be excluded or limited by law, Xero and its affiliates shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. Xero is also not responsible or liable for any acts, omissions or the performance of Partners, and any engagement with them is at your own risk.
