Xero Awards UK 2025
Terms and conditions of entry
- Entries must be submitted and received no later than 11:55 PM GMT on Friday 25 April 2025.
- Entries submitted or received after this time and date may not be considered.
- Entries must be submitted via Award Force, the official online entry platform, which is accessed via the entry link. Entries outside of this platform will not be accepted.
- Entrants must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Entries must not contain any false, misleading, or unlawful content, all information provided must be accurate, truthful, and in full compliance with applicable laws.
- Any entries containing offensive material will be disqualified.
- Xero reserves the right to remove categories where entries do not meet the standard for eligibility.
- Entries cannot be amended after they have been submitted.
- For firms who have submitted entries in multiple categories, the information provided within each category will be considered entirely separate and information provided for one category will not be treated as assumed knowledge or as supplementary or supporting information for another category.
- The judging panel will only access and read applications for the purposes of judging the 2025 UK Xero Awards. Judges are required to sign non-disclosure agreements.
- The judges’ decisions across all categories are final.
- Due to the number of entries received we cannot give feedback on individual entries.
- Winners will be announced in September 2025. Further details about when and where the winners will be announced will be shared after the finalists have been announced.

- Xero reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion.
