T&Cs for Stripe & GoCardless sign up promotion

1. This offer is open to all directly billed, direct partner manager and direct partner billed Xero subscribers who have a current Xero subscription during the Promotion Period, residing in one of the Participating Countries and who have not connected a Stripe or GoCardless payments service account in Xero and have received the letter with the promotion this Promotion (“Eligible Subscriber”).

2. This Gift Voucher offer is open to Eligible Subscribers residing in the United Kingdom (the “Participating Countries”).

3. The Promotion Period is from 12.01am on 22 October 2024 till 23:59 15 November 2024 (GMT) (the “Promotion Period”), unless it ends earlier in accordance with clause 9 below.

4. Each Xero organisation, that is an Eligible Customer, is only entitled to one (1) Gift Voucher under this offer. Xero employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Competition.

5. Entry Criteria: To receive the Gift Voucher, Eligible Subscribers must validly complete each of the following steps during the Promotion Period: a. Complete the sign up and connect Stripe or GoCardless through Xero; and b. Receive an email from Xero confirming that your sign-up to Stripe or Gocardless has been successfully compled.

6. Gift Vouchers:

a. The Eligible Subscriber will then receive a separate email from Xero which will provide a unique link to a website from a nominated third party agency, named xoxoday.com. Those emails will not be sent instantly, rather, Xero will send them out to Eligible Customers who have completed the above steps during the Promotion Period and at the latest by Friday Friday 22 November 2024.

b. The subscriber of the organisation or their nominee will be able to choose a voucher from a variety of retailers including grocers/supermarkets, hospitality, spa/beauty, electronics and entertainment. The monetary value of the voucher will differ by each region as follows:

• United Kingdom - £75

c. Use of the Gift Voucher is redeemable in accordance with the terms and conditions of xoxoday.com and the relevant individual retailer chosen, including applicable expiry dates and voucher exclusions.

7. This offer is limited, and will end, on the earlier of: a. the first 4,000 Xero Eligible Subscribers from all of the Participating Countries that successfully sign up to a Stripe or GoCardless payments service using their Xero account via the Xero campaign b. by 23:59 GMT on 15 November 2024.

The time of submission is determined digitally on a successful sign up connection.

8. The Gift Voucher is non-refundable, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash. There will be no Gift Voucher substitutions, except by Xero who reserves the right to substitute the Gift Voucher for another prize of equal or greater value if the Gift Voucher is not available for any reason as determined by Xero in its sole discretion. The prize is provided on an “as is” basis and Xero does not warrant that the Gift Voucher will meet the Winner’s requirements or that it will be suitable for any particular purpose. All implied conditions or warranties about the Gift Voucher under any applicable law are excluded to the extent permitted by law, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose. Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes (and the reporting thereof), expenses, fees, charges or duties associated with acceptance or use of the Gift Voucher (and for understanding and abiding by such tax laws that may apply to receipt of the Gift Voucher). Xero will not be obligated to award all Gift Vouchers if there aren’t a sufficient number of entries that meet the Entry Criteria. This Competition is in no way connected or associated with Stripe and/or GoCardless.

9. Xero may extend, cancel or amend this offer and review or update these terms and conditions on its website at any time, at its sole discretion. By completing the sign up steps, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

10. Xero may receive a commission or incentive from Stripe or GoCardless for every Eligible Customer that signs up and connects to Stripe or GoCardless.

11. All decisions by Xero in relation to this offer are final. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xero and its affiliated companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence), for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss), or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the Gift Voucher for this Promotion.
