Terms and Conditions for October 2025
These Terms apply to Xero’s offer to provide Eligible Customers (as defined below) with a voucher (the voucher) (the Promotion). The exact amount and retailer of the voucher will be specified in the offer email you received from Xero. If you participate in this Promotion by purchasing a Xero subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Promotion begins on October 16, 2025, and ends December 14, 2025, at 11.59pm GMT+1. Xero reserves the right to change or cancel this Promotion at any time at its sole discretion. This Promotion and use of the Xero services are subject to Xero’s terms of use and privacy notice, and by participating in this Promotion, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
Eligibility. To be eligible for this Promotion, you must (a) currently be in a Xero 30 day free trial or within 5 days after your trial expires in the United Kingdom; (b) have been emailed the Promotion details directly from Xero; (c) purchase a Xero business edition Ultimate or Comprehensive plan by December 14, 2025, at 11:59pm GMT+1; and (d) remain a Xero customer for 4 months (having paid for 4 months of your Xero subscription) (Eligible Customer). This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with third-party or other Xero offers. Limited to one voucher per Eligible Customer. Xero reserves the right to remove your access to this Promotion, including cancelling or not issuing the voucher, if it reasonably believes that your entry into the Promotion or an action required to be taken for Promotion is not in good faith, attempts to “game the system,” (e.g., making changes to your subscription to take advantage of the offer, creating fake accounts, or setting up multiple fake accounts on the same billing account, etc.), is fraudulent, and/or violates Xero’s terms of use. Xero will determine in its sole discretion, what constitutes an Eligible Customer.
Voucher redemption. Eligible customers will receive an email from Xero within approximately 10 days of completing their payment of the fourth month of their Xero subscription, containing an access link to redeem their voucher. We’ve partnered with Nreach Online Services Inc (Xoxoday) to provide this voucher. To redeem your voucher, you may have to accept any agreement(s) as required by Xoxoday. You can find Xoxoday’s privacy policy here: https://www.xoxoday.com/privacy-policy. Xero is not an agent or representative of Xoxoday and is not party to any terms you enter into with Xoxoday. Xoxoday is responsible for the operation of the Xoxoday Platform and is responsible for fulfilling your voucher. You can contact Xoxoday for any operational questions.
Closing date. You must redeem your voucher within 30 days from the date of receiving the redemption email. After this time, the promotional link will expire and will not be replaced.
Retailers. As an Eligible Customer, you will be able to redeem your voucher from the retailer specified in your email. The voucher will be subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer or voucher issuer, and will have its own expiry date. If a reward is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Xero’s control, it will be replaced with a reward of equal value. Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. This offer is not sponsored, connected or endorsed by the retailer of the voucher.
Limitation of liability. Other than liability that can’t be excluded or limited by law, Xero disclaims all liability in connection with this Promotion and is in no way responsible for the performance of Xoxoday. You waive any claim you might have against Xero in regards to the Promotion.
