What is the SBO Voucher Incentive Promotion?
This promotion provides eligible new Xero customers with a $50 Amazon voucher for completing a Small Business Onboarding (SBO) meeting with a Xero representative. The promotion is available starting May 19, 2025, and may be modified or canceled at any time at Xero’s sole discretion.
Who is eligible for the voucher?
To qualify for the $50 Amazon voucher, you must:
- Be a Day 1 Paying Organization located in the United States or United Kingdom (i.e., paying for Xero on the day of account creation);
- Have completed a meeting with a Small Business Onboarding (SBO) representative. The meeting must be scheduled via the Calendly link included in the official outreach communication; and
- Have received the offer via direct outreach from the Xero SBO team.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other third-party or Xero offers and is limited to one voucher per eligible customer.
How can I complete an SBO meeting?
You’ll receive outreach from a Xero SBO representative within the early days of your Xero subscription. Use the Calendly link in the outreach to schedule your meeting. Once the meeting is completed, your representative will confirm your eligibility for the voucher.
When will I receive my voucher after completing the SBO meeting?
Eligible customers will receive a voucher redemption email approximately 10 days after completing their SBO meeting. This email will contain a link to redeem your voucher.
How do I redeem my voucher?
Click the link in the voucher email, which will redirect you to the Xoxoday platform, operated by Nreach Online Services Inc.. To redeem your voucher, you may need to accept Xoxoday’s terms and conditions. You can view their privacy policy here: Xoxoday Privacy Policy.

How long do I have to redeem my voucher?
You must redeem your voucher within 30 days of receiving the redemption email. After that period, the promotional link will expire, and you will not be able to claim your reward.
How long is my Amazon voucher valid after redemption?
Once redeemed, the Amazon voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The voucher is subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions, including its own expiry and usage rules.
What can I use my voucher for?
The voucher can be redeemed on Amazon.com. If the Amazon reward becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Xero’s control, it may be replaced with a reward of equal value. The voucher is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
What if I don’t receive my voucher?
If you don’t receive your voucher within 10 days of completing your SBO meeting, please contact Xero Support for assistance.
Can I receive more than one voucher?
No. The promotion is strictly limited to one voucher per eligible customer.
Can I use this promotion with other Xero offers?
No. This offer cannot be combined with any other Xero or third-party promotion.
Is Xero responsible for the redemption process?
No. Xero is not responsible for the redemption or delivery of the voucher. That process is fully managed by Xoxoday. Any questions about the voucher redemption should be directed to Xoxoday’s support team.
