Your new Xero experience is launching
Starting with a refreshed navigation, from September, you’ll see simpler labels and smarter groupings to help you get to what you need faster and flow seamlessly between tasks. This will be followed by a new homepage (previously the dashboard), which begins rolling out later this year.

FAQs
We’ve redesigned the navigation and homepage (previously called dashboard) to deliver a more valuable experience to our customers, based on the feedback and needs you’ve communicated. The rationale for the redesign is to show your key business performance metrics and jobs to be done at a glance, so you can take action on important tasks quickly. The redesign also lets you customise the widgets to focus on what matters most to you.

A prototype, in the context of the new navigation and homepage, is a working, interactive model of these upcoming features. It's designed to give you a hands-on preview of what the new experience will look and feel like before it officially launches.

We've created separate sections for Sales and Purchases to help you move between tasks more efficiently. Reporting has been moved to the main navigation so you can get to important insights faster. Settings are now easier to find, available in all drop down menus and on a new centralised settings page. You'll also find a new Tax menu that gives you quick access to all your tax features. We've improved the right-hand panel to put essential tools like JAX (your AI-powered companion), search, help, notifications, and apps at your fingertips wherever you are in Xero. This means you can get what you need, when you need it, without interrupting your workflow.
