Online Payments and Payroll Pay Run Offer Terms & Conditions - June 2025

These Terms apply to Xero’s offer to provide Eligible Customers (as defined below) with up to £250 in Amazon vouchers (the voucher(s)) (the Promotion). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Promotion begins on June 3, 2025, and ends on June 30, 2025. Xero reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time at its sole discretion. This Promotion and use of the Xero services are subject to Xero’s terms of use and privacy notice, and by participating in this Promotion, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion.

Eligibility. To be eligible for this Promotion (an Eligible Customer), you must (a) have not previously subscribed to or trialed Xero’s services; (b) use this page to purchase a new business edition subscription in the United Kingdom; and (c) you haven’t added online invoice payments to your subscription and/or posted a Xero Payroll pay run (as applicable). Specifically, if you (i) add online invoice payments to your Xero organization (see here for the steps on how to do this) by August 30, 2025, you will be eligible for a £100 Amazon voucher; and/or if you (ii) post one pay run using Xero Payroll (see here and here for the steps on how to do this) by August 30, 2025, you will be eligible for another £100 Amazon voucher. If you do both (i) and (ii) above you will receive an additional £50 Amazon voucher. You will need to be a plan that includes Xero Payroll in order to use Xero Payroll and post one pay run. For clarity, that means that if you are on a plan without Xero Payroll included, you will only be able to complete step (i) above and only be eligible for one £100 Amazon voucher. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with third-party or other Xero offers. Limited to one entry in the Promotion per Eligible Customer.

Adding online invoice payments. You'll need to attach Stripe or GoCardless to your organisation. The Stripe and GoCardless onboarding process takes approximately 15-20 minutes on average. If you do not attach Stripe or GoCardless, you will not be eligible for the Promotion.

Setting up payroll and posting a pay run. You'll need to be set up on Xero Payroll for your organisation and complete your first pay run through Xero Payroll to qualify. If you do not process a pay run as specified above, you will not be eligible for the Promotion.

Voucher Redemption. Eligible customers will receive an email from Xero within approximately 10 days of completing a) their first pay run, b) adding online payments, and c) completing first pay run and adding online payments. You will receive up to 3 individual vouchers as part of this offer. Each voucher will be sent to you via email containing an access link to redeem their voucher(s). Xero has partnered with Nreach Online Services Inc. (Xoxoday) to provide the voucher(s). To redeem your voucher(s), you may have to accept any agreement(s) as required by Xoxoday. You can find Xoxoday’s privacy policy here: https://www.xoxoday.com/privacy-policy. Xero is not an agent or representative of Xoxoday, and is not party to any terms you enter into with Xoxoday. Xoxoday is responsible for the operation of the Xoxoday Platform, and is responsible for fulfilling your voucher(s). You can contact Xoxoday for any operational questions.

Closing date. You must redeem your voucher(s) within 30 days from the date of receiving the redemption email. After this time, the promotional link will expire and will not be replaced.

Retailers. As an Eligible Customer, you will be able to redeem your voucher(s) from Amazon. The voucher(s) will be subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer or voucher issuer, and will have its own expiry date. If a reward is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Xero’s control, it will be replaced with a reward of equal value. Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. This offer is not sponsored, connected or endorsed by Amazon.

Limitation of liability. Other than liability that can’t be excluded or limited by law, Xero disclaims all liability in connection with this Promotion and is in no way responsible for the performance of Xoxoday. You waive any claim you might have against Xero in regards to the Promotion.
