This prize draw (Prize Draw) is run on behalf of Xero (UK) Limited with its office at 5th Floor 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, MK9 1FH (Xero).
You are eligible to enter the Prize Draw if you are a Xero partner who is resident in the United Kingdom and you are 18 years or older.
If you are a Xero employee or their immediate family, you are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
You will automatically be entered for the Prize Draw if you attend a Xero Roadshow Replayed 2023 webinar. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
If you do not wish to enter the Prize Draw please contact us in writing at events.uk@xero.com and we will remove your entry. Entries open on 11 December 2023 and close on 15 December 2023 (these are the first and last dates of the Xero Roadshow Replayed 2023 webinar series). There will be one entry into the Prize Draw per person.
The Prize Draw is governed by these terms and conditions and Xero’s privacy notice. Xero will select one winner at random, by a computer process that produces verifiably random results, from all eligible entries on 18 December 2023.
The winner will receive a pair of tickets to Xerocon London 2024. This event will take place at ExCeL from 12-13 June 2024 .
Prizes are not transferable, for sale, re-sale or auction and cannot be taken as cash. If, for any reason, any element of the prize is not available, Xero reserves the right to substitute another prize, of equal or greater value.
If you’re the winner, Xero will contact you by email by 20 December 2023 to ask you to confirm that you wish to accept the Prize. You must confirm your acceptance of the Prize, in writing by 19 January 2024. If you do not do this, you will forfeit your Prize and Xero may award the Prize to a reserve winner, or hold the prize draw again.
Xero may be required to publish or make available details of the draw, including the surname of the winner. You can object to your details being published or made available, or reduce the amount of information published or made available, by emailing privacy@xero.com - note Xero may still be required to provide your details to a regulator if legally required to do so.. By entering the Prize Draw, you consent to Xero using your name, business and photographs for any publicity associated with the Prize Draw without further payment or other compensation to you.
Xero’s decisions on all matters relating to the Prize Draw (including eligibility of entries and the operation of the Prize Draw) will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Other than liability that Xero can’t exclude or limit by law, Xero has no liability to you (including liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage) in connection with the Prize Draw.
