Auto-renewal
Your Xero subscription will automatically renew, and your card will be automatically charged the then current fees for the Xero subscription type or service(s) you’ve selected on a recurring basis until you cancel or delete your Xero subscription.
Cancellation
To cancel your Xero subscription, you must provide one month's notice. You can do so by going into the My Xero tab in your account (go to Xero Central for more information about cancelling a subscription or to get in touch). If you cancel your Xero subscription, you will still be charged for the notice period.
Pricing and other terms
Promotional pricing and free trials cannot be combined with other offers. Any promotional offers are available for a limited time only. Pricing, terms, features and and support are subject to change by Xero in accordance with the terms of use at any time. See the terms of use for additional terms.
Free trials
If you have elected to buy a paid subscription, you are not eligible for a free trial. If you have elected a free trial subscription, your trial will expire after 30 days, or earlier if you elect to buy a subscription before then. To continue using Xero after your free trial expires, you will need to purchase a subscription and enter your payment details in Xero for processing. Features in the free trial edition are limited.
One month free offer
This Offer (100% off Xero’s then-current list price for one month (the Offer period)) is only available for certain new customers based in the United States, purchasing business edition subscriptions. The Offer period starts once you activate your account by setting a password and adding your business details. If you don’t activate your account after 30 days, this Offer may no longer exist. Your first bill, which will be Xero’s then-current list price, will be a month after you do that and each month after. Xero subscriptions auto-renew monthly until they are canceled. Cancel through your account, via Subscriptions & Billing. After the Offer period, there is a one month advanced notice period to cancel and refunds are per Xero’s terms of use.
This Offer cannot be redeemed with any existing subscriptions, or used in conjunction with any other offers. This Offer is only available for purchase with an accepted credit card, and only one subscription can be purchased under this Offer per subscriber. You will have access to all available features of the plan you purchased with the Offer as this is not a trial account.
You can cancel, downgrade or upgrade the subscription or modify add-ons (if applicable) during the Offer period free of charge. If you cancel the subscription during the Offer period, it will be canceled at the end of the Offer period. If you reactivate a canceled subscription within the Offer period, the Offer discount will not apply to this subscription. You can transfer the subscription to another subscriber during the Offer period, and the new subscriber will get the discount on the subscription and any add-ons and usage charges (if applicable) that were originally purchased by the existing subscriber, but any new add-ons and usage charges (if applicable) will not be discounted.
Promotional codes
Any promotional offers are available for a limited time only. Promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or on a subscription that has used a promotion code in the prior 31 days. The code can only be applied by the subscriber of the Xero subscription or by a principal administrator. Xero may extend, cancel or amend any offer at any time, in its sole discretion. Offers cannot be transferred to others, or exchanged for cash or other benefits. For new Xero customers, any free period associated with a promotion will commence on the purchase date. For existing Xero customers, any free period associated with a promotion will apply to your next billing period(s) from the day you use the relevant promotional code.
