Existing clients can add Xero Expenses to Standard and Premium Business Edition plans and get the first three months free for one user, then £2.50 per additional employee.

Get started in minutes
To add expenses to your practice organisation, the Principal of the practice will need to go to the Practice tab within Xero HQ
In the Business menu, select Expense claims and click Get started now
Add Xero Expenses for free
Turn on receipt analysis. Select the accounts you want, select what users you would like to have access, and then click Get started
