This promotional code (Promo Code) is run on behalf of Xero (NZ) Limited (NZ company number 4123758), registered office at 19-23 Taranaki Street, Wellington 6011, New Zealand (Xero), and is open from 12:00am on 15 January 2024 to 11:59pm on 31 March 2024 (the Promotional Period). Xero may extend, cancel or amend this Promo Code and/or review and update these terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion.

To be eligible to use this Promo Code, users must:

  1. be based in New Zealand; and
  2. be a new Xero subscriber purchasing a Starter, Standard, Ultimate or Premium subscription, or
  3. be an existing subscriber who is upgrading from a Partner Edition to a Starter, Standard, Premium or Ultimate subscription or from a Starter, Standard, or Premium subscription to any higher level subscription.

The Promo Code entitles the eligible user to 50% off a Xero New Zealand Starter, Standard, Premium or Ultimate subscription for 3 months.

The Promo Code cannot be transferred to others, or exchanged for cash or other benefits and cannot be split. The Promo Code cannot be transferred from a New Zealand Starter, Standard, Premium or Ultimate to any other Xero plan.
