What we’re looking for
We’re looking for presenters who are bold, creative and have diverse perspectives. If you have something to say, Xerocon is the place. Not only is it an exciting opportunity to present your ideas on stage, but you’ll also enjoy wider recognition and expand your network of industry connections.

If you’d like to present at Xerocon Denver 2026, send us a pitch with an overview of your presentation, the story you want to tell, and why it’s important, by May 5th, 2026. We can’t wait to hear from you.
What you need to submit a pitch
When you send us your presentation pitch, you’ll need to submit the following information.
- The title of your presentation (no more than 150 characters)
- A brief description of your presentation (no more than 500 characters)
- The story you want to tell your peers and why it’s important
- A 60-second video of you introducing yourself and your presentation idea, or a snippet of you presenting (.mov, .mp4 .mpeg or .mpg)
- Supporting material such an outline of your presentation or the actual slides, a video of you presenting previously, or anything else that will help the review panel (PDF, PPT, .mov, .mp4 .mpeg or .mpg)
What you need to know
Here are some things you need to know before you submit your pitch.
- You need to be available to present at Xerocon Denver on either August 19 or 20, 2026
- You must have the rights to your presentation, permission from anyone you refer to, and you must give us permission to record and use the content
- Your practice can submit up to three presentation ideas; each idea must be submitted separately
- We may not select you or your practice to present
- We’ll only choose one idea per practice, so if we choose one of your ideas, any others you’ve submitted won’t be selected
- Submissions close May 5, 2026
