Upcoming Xero price changes

From 1 September 2025, the price of Xero Grow, Comprehensive and Ultimate plans will increase in New Zealand.

Over the coming months we’ll be delivering more valuable functionality, including a redesigned navigation and dashboard, to help customers understand their business's true performance at a glance. We’re also aiming for payroll overages to be available by the end of July - find out more here. Plus, we’ve launched Tap to Pay, powered by Stripe, available in the Xero Accounting app. With Tap to Pay, you can accept all types of in-person payments right on your mobile, no extra hardware needed. Tap to Pay will help your customers pay you instantly, improving your cash flow the moment you complete the work.   • All pricing is in NZD and excludes applicable taxes.
  • The details of this price change relate to subscribers on the Xero Grow, Comprehensive, and Ultimate plans in New Zealand only.
  • The price of any optional Xero add-ons will not change.
  • To find out what pricing plan you’re on, head to Subscription in your Xero account and check the ‘Subscription’ column.
  • Pricing is subject to change at any time, on notice to you, as per our terms of use.
  • If you are being moved by Xero to a subscription with special discounted pricing, that special discount pricing has not changed.

Discount and promo codes on plans will continue to be honoured

If you have a current Xero discount or promo code, it will still apply to the new pricing until the discount or code expires.

The price changes take effect from 1 September 2025

The price changes take effect for new and existing New Zealand Xero Grow, Comprehensive and Ultimate plans from 1 September 2025 and will show on invoices from this date onwards.
