Figured promotion terms

These terms apply to Xero Limited’s (Xero) promotional offer as set out below (Promotion). This Promotion is available from 14 August 2025 until 30 July 2026 NZT (Promotion Term) by contacting your Xero Account Manager. After the Promotion Term, Xero’s then-current list price will apply. The Promotion cannot be applied to any Xero add-ons, cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing paid subscriptions or plan offer and cannot be used in conjunction with or exchanged for any other third party or Xero offer. Xero reserves the right to change or cancel this Promotion, or its approval of your participation in the Promotion, at any time in its sole discretion. This Promotion and use of the Xero services are subject to Xero’s terms of use and privacy notice, and by participating in this Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion.

In order to receive benefit of this Promotion, you must be an active Xero Partner (that is an accountant or bookkeeper using a valid and active Xero subscription in Australia and New Zealand in accordance with Xero’s Partner Agreement) that purchases at least 5 new or upgraded Xero business edition organisations that are:

  • an entity carrying on an agricultural or farming business in New Zealand or Australia; and
  • billed directly to the Xero Partner, (each new or upgraded Xero organisation that meets this criteria being an Eligible Organisation).

You may be required, on an ongoing basis, to provide evidence of your Eligible Organisations.

Xero reserves the right to cancel your participation in the Promotion if:

  • you no longer have sufficient Eligible Organisations;
  • you delete Xero subscriptions in order to obtain the benefit of the Promotion; and/or
  • you share or on-sell any Eligible Organisations to any other party.

Eligible Organisations may receive one of the following discounts (as applicable):

  • 50% off for 12 months for new Xero customers on a business edition pricing plan; or
  • 50% off for 12 months for existing Xero customers upgrading from a ledger pricing plan to a business edition pricing plan; or
  • 50% off for 12 months for existing customers upgrading their existing business edition pricing plan.
