How to connect to Xero
When you connect your Qantas Business Rewards account to Xero, your monthly invoices flow automatically into Xero as a draft bill awaiting your approval. When you pay the bill, payment appears in Xero matched to the bill for easy reconciliation.
You need an active Qantas Business Rewards membership to connect your accounts. If you’re not already a member, join today (Qantas website). Qantas Business Rewards will waive the joining fee for Xero customers.
To connect your Qantas Business Rewards account to Xero:
- Log in to your Qantas Business Rewards account via the Qantas website.
- Under Account Settings, select the Connections tab, then find the option to add a new Xero integration.
- Click Connect to Xero, then click Continue to complete the connection process.

Tip: Invoices for flights and ancillary purchases made via the Qantas Business Rewards website or Qantas.com will appear in your Xero account within 72 hours of the original payment date.
