How does Hubdoc get documents and data into Xero?
Hubdoc is Xero’s data capture solution. With Hubdoc, small businesses have the tools to upload financial documents like bills and receipts via their mobile device, desktop, email or scanner. Once documents are in Hubdoc, key data including supplier name, date and amount are extracted. The transaction can then be accurately coded and seamlessly synced to Xero, where it’s matched to the corresponding transaction in the Xero bank feed with the source document attached, ready for one-click reconciliation.
