What time does the event run?

09:30am: Workshop Registration

10:00am: Xero in Practice: A Hands-On Workshop

11:00am: Registration opens for main Roadshow, lunch, & networking

12:00pm: Keynote Session

1:00pm: Breakout Rooms

3:10pm: Closing Keynotes

Events and tickets

What’s included in the Xero Roadshow ticket?

A Roadshow ticket gives you full access to one of our Roadshow events:

• Venue entry from 11:00 am
• A day of learning and connection, with sessions running 12:00 – 4:00 pm
• Lunch and refreshments throughout the day
• Xero swag
• Up to 3 CPD credits
• Access to our networking reception, 4:00 – 6:00 pm (select the cocktail party option at registration so we can plan for you)

Want more? Add on Xero in Practice: A Hands-On Workshop (10:00 – 11:15 am, optional, additional cost). Bring your laptop for this classroom-style session built for accountants and bookkeepers who want hands-on, guided practice with Xero. Building on pre-work completed ahead of time, you'll work through trial balances, chart of accounts, and setup/activation with Xero experts on hand — leaving with practical progress you can use right away. This workshop is also CPD-eligible.

How many CPD credits can I receive by attending Roadshow?

Up to three CPD credits are available to those who attend Roadshow.

Can I bring a guest to the cocktail party?

Unfortunately due to safety measures, only people who register for tickets to the roadshow events can attend the cocktail reception. If you have a friend that would like to join please share the registration link with them.

If I can’t attend in person, can I still tune into Roadshow content online?

The Xero roadshows are events you have to be at in person to experience, we understand that not everyone may be able to travel to events. Though we won’t have a virtual option for Xero Roadshow, we will be hosting additional ways to connect with you and our wider Xero community throughout 2026.

Yes parking will be available and more information will be shared prior to the events on where to park.
