When and where does the event run?

Free webinars take place from November 5 until December 10, 2025. Most sessions are hosted on Zoom, with the exception of the Get Xero advisor certified sessions which are being hosted on Xero Central. If you’re new to Xero, you’ll need a Xero account to access the Xero advisor certification sessions.

Who can attend these webinars?

Xero Canada Education Month is open to all accounting and bookkeeping professionals. Whether you’re a prospective user or an existing partner, there’s a session for you.

Do I need to register or attend all the webinars?

Education Month is designed for you to choose the learning path that’s right for you or your practice. You don’t need to join all the webinars, but we encourage you to register to as many as you are interested in. Only attendees to live webinars can earn CPD credits and enter for a chance to win Xerocon tickets. Terms and conditions apply.*

Are these webinars free?

Yes, all 13 webinars are completely free to attend. Our goal is to provide valuable learning and resources so you can supercharge your practice.

Will the sessions be recorded?

The live sessions are the best way to get your questions answered and the only way to earn CPD credits. We encourage you to attend live, but we will have recordings sent out to registrants after each session.

What’s included in my registration?

You’ll get access to enter the live webinar and, after the event, you’ll be sent the recording of the webinar you registered for, to watch on-demand, along with valuable resources. Each webinar is paired with a curated guide, article, or checklist. These resources are designed to help you immediately apply what you’ve learned and make a tangible impact on your practice; not to mention, you can earn CPD credits from most sessions.

How do I enter the contest to win Xerocon tickets?

When registering for a webinar, there are two checkboxes that must be selected to enter the contest. You are able to do this for each webinar you register to. However, keep in mind that you must attend the webinar you registered for to get the entry into the contest. The more sessions you attend, the higher your chances of winning! *No purchase required. A purchase or payment will not affect your chances of winning. Winner selected at random. One entry per person, per webinar. You have not yet won. You must (1) meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Terms and Conditions; and, (2) during the Sweepstakes Period, you must (i) register and attend a webinar and select the box on the Sweepstakes registration form to be entered into the Sweepstakes, or, (ii) email events.ca@xero.com during the Sweepstakes Period stating that you wish to be entered into the Sweepstakes. The winner will be announced on or around December 16, 2025 at 1pm Eastern Time. Open only to residents of Canada, excluding Quebec. There is one (1) prize available to be won: two (2) tickets to Xerocon Denver 2026 valued at approximately CA$1518. One (1) winner will be selected at random. The odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries received by Xero. Correctly answered mathematical skill-testing question and Release Form required.
