Gift Card Offer Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to Xero’s offer to provide Eligible Customers (as defined below) with a voucher of AUD $300 (the gift card) (the Promotion). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Promotion begins on 6 April, 2026, and ends on 7 April, 2027 at 11:59pm AEDT. Xero reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time at its sole discretion. This Promotion and use of the Xero services are subject to Xero's terms of use and privacy notice, and by participating in this Promotion, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion.

Eligibility. To be eligible for this Promotion, you must (a) have not previously subscribed to or trialled Xero’s services; (b) use this page to purchase a new Grow, Comprehensive or Ultimate business edition subscription in Australia; and (c) remain a Xero customer for 12 months (having paid for 6 months of your Xero subscription) (Eligible Customer). This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with third-party or other Xero offers, other than the applicable subscription discount. Limited to one gift card per Eligible Customer. Existing business edition subscriptions, upgraded, deleted, or transferred subscriptions are not eligible. Xero reserves the right to deny or remove any gift card eligibility including cancelling or not issuing the gift card if you are no longer a Xero subscriber or Xero reasonably believes that your entry into the Promotion or an action required to be taken for Promotion is not in good faith, attempts to “game the system,” (e.g., making changes to your subscription to take advantage of the offer, creating fake accounts, or setting up multiple fake accounts on the same billing account, etc.), is fraudulent, and/or violates Xero’s terms of use. Xero will determine in its sole discretion, what constitutes an Eligible Customer.

Gift Card Redemption. Eligible customers will receive an email from Xero within approximately 10 days of completing their payment of the sixth month of their Xero subscription (being the twelfth month of their subscription in total), containing an access link to redeem their gift card. Xero has partnered with Nreach Online Services Inc. (Xoxoday) to provide this gift card. To redeem your gift card, you may have to accept any agreement(s) as required by Xoxoday. You can find Xoxoday’s privacy policy here. Xero is not an agent or representative of Xoxoday, and is not party to any terms you enter into with Xoxoday. Xoxoday is responsible for the operation of the Xoxoday Platform, and is responsible for fulfilling your gift card. You can contact Xoxoday for any operational questions.

Closing date. You must redeem your gift card within 30 days from the date of receiving the redemption email. After this time, the promotional link will expire and will not be replaced.

Retailers. As an Eligible Customer, you will be able to redeem your gift card from the retailer selected after following the redemption email prompts. The gift card will be subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer or gift card issuer, and will have its own expiry date. If a reward is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Xero’s control, it will be replaced with a reward of equal value. Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. This offer is not sponsored, connected or endorsed by any of the retailers listed.

Tax. Any tax liability and/or reporting obligations arising from the receipt or redemption of the gift card are the sole responsibility of the Eligible Customer. You are responsible for assessing your own tax implications and should consult with a professional advisor as required in connection with this Promotion.

Limitation of liability. Other than liability that can’t be excluded or limited by law, Xero and its affiliates shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. Xero is also not responsible or liable for any acts, omissions or the performance of Xoxoday, and any engagement with them is at your own risk.
