The Responses provided by the Entrants will be scored according to the criteria described in the Awards Criteria (with the top scoring being the best Response). 1. Twenty-four (24) Finalists will be awarded the Minor Prizes; and
  2. From the twenty-four (24) Finalists, eight (8) will be awarded the Major Prize, with six (6) amongst accountants and bookkeepers and two (2) amongst Xero Apps.

If the Awardee (a) fails to complete the Prize Claim Steps; (b) is found to be ineligible by Xero; or (c) doesn’t comply with these Terms, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then the Awardee may be disqualified and an alternate Awardee may be selected having regard to the criteria set out above. Xero may also publish the Awardees’ names on its website. To the extent possible, Xero will arrange for the Prizes to be delivered to the Awardees.
