Add Online Invoice Payments and Payroll Pay Run – Offer Terms & Conditions – July 2025 (AU)
These Terms govern Xero’s offer to provide Eligible Customers (as defined herein) with up to AUD$250 in Amazon vouchers (the voucher(s)) (the Promotion). Participation in this Promotion signifies agreement to be bound by these Terms. The Promotion commences on July 7, 2025, and ends on July 31, 2025. Xero reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time. This Promotion and the use of Xero services are subject to Xero’s terms of use and privacy notice. By participating in this Promotion, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion.
Eligibility. To qualify for this Promotion (an Eligible Customer), you must satisfy the following criteria:
- (a) You must not have previously subscribed to or trialed Xero’s services;
- (b) You must use the designated promotional page to acquire a new business edition subscription in Australia; and
- (c) You must not have previously integrated online invoice payments into your subscription and/or posted a Xero Payroll pay run (as applicable).
Specifically:
- Should you (i) add online invoice payments to your Xero organization (refer to here for instructions) by September 30, 2025, you will be eligible for a AUD$100 Amazon voucher; and/or
- If you successfully complete both (i) and (ii) you will receive an additional AUD$50 Amazon voucher.
This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with third-party or other Xero offers (other than the 90% off for 4 months offer specified in the same Promotion email you received in relation to the vouchers). Limited to one entry in the Promotion per Eligible Customer.
Adding online invoice payments. You’ll need to attach either Stripe or GoCardless to your organization. The Stripe and GoCardless onboarding process typically takes 15–20 minutes. If you do not attach Stripe or GoCardless, you will not be eligible for the Promotion..
Setting up payroll and posting a pay run. You'll need to be set up on Xero Payroll for your organisation and complete your first pay run through Xero Payroll to qualify. If you do not process a pay run as specified above, you will not be eligible for the Promotion.
Voucher Redemption. Eligible Customers will receive an email from Xero within approximately 10 days of:
- (a) the addition of online invoice payments;
- (b) the completion of their first pay run; or
- (c) the completion of both actions.
You may receive up to three individual vouchers as part of this Offer. Each voucher will be transmitted via email with an access link for redemption. Xero has partnered with Nreach Online Services Inc. (Xoxoday) to provide the vouchers. To redeem your voucher(s), you may be required to accept any agreement(s) as required by Xoxoday. Please refer to Xoxoday’s privacy policy. Xero is not an agent or representative of Xoxoday, and is not party to any terms you enter into with Xoxoday. Xoxoday is responsible for the operation of the Xoxoday Platform, and is responsible for fulfilling your voucher(s). You can contact Xoxoday for any operational questions.
Closing date. You must redeem your voucher(s) within 30 days of receipt of the redemption email. After this time the link will expire and will not be replaced.
Retailers. Eligible Customers will be able to redeem their voucher(s) with Amazon. Voucher(s) are subject to the terms of the retailer or issuer and will have its own expiry date. In the event a reward is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Xero’s control, it will be replaced with a reward of equivalent value. Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. This offer is not sponsored, connected, or endorsed by Amazon.
Limitation of liability. Other than liability that can’t be excluded or limited by law, Xero disclaims all liability in connection with this Promotion and is in no way responsible for the performance of Xoxoday. You waive any claim you might have against Xero in regards to the Promotion.
