Becca is responsible for bringing together and aligning the business services offering across BDO's 164 member firms around a common purpose to drive value to their clients and their own business.

Jeanne Grosser

Global Head of Partnerships, Stripe

Jeanne oversees Stripe’s relationships with financial partners such as leading banks and card networks, major technology partnerships, and overall business development.

John Hummelstad

CEO, Locatrix

John is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of business expertise. He has a background in venture capital, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions, building, plus experience growing software companies and highly motivated teams.

Sukhinder Singh Cassidy

CEO, Xero

As CEO, Sukhinder leads the growth and performance of Xero globally. With more than 25 years’ in Silicon Valley as a CEO, digital leader and board member, she has experience building and scaling global companies including Google, Amazon, Yodlee, Joyus and StubHub.

Nigel Piper

EGM, Customer Experience, Xero

Nigel leads the award-winning global customer experience team at Xero. His teams present knowledge, enable community collaboration, and provide digital support to the exponentially growing customer base, which currently sits over 3.7m subscribers.

Elliot is the co-CEO and co-founder of Ecologi, the UK’s leading climate action platform which is helping businesses and individuals to play their part in contributing positively to climate change.

Pam Phillips

Founder, De Jong Phillips

Having worked for over 10 years in finance in large businesses, Pamela knew that the right financial thinking can entirely transform a businesses trajectory. She wanted to offer this level of support to smaller businesses, and so de Jong Phillips was formed to fill the gap.

CEO, Scrumbles

Aneisha founded Scrumbles with her husband in 2018. Scrumbles is a start-up pet food company that specialises in tummy-taming, dog- and cat-friendly food.

Alex is responsible for leading Xero’s operations across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has more than 25 years’ of senior leadership experience, having led teams across Europe and Latin America in ecommerce, payments, telecommunications, FMCG and consultancy.
