- When invoicing, choose the payment methods you’d like to offer.
- Customers receive the invoice and can pay immediately or automate payments.
- Once paid, the payment provider processes the payment.
- The funds are then deposited into your bank account.
- Xero marks the invoice as paid and can be reconciled in one click.

Once activated, a ‘Pay Now’ button will appear on your Xero invoices, and your customers can click the button to pay you instantly.
