Xero announces North America Product & Tech Hub in Vancouver

Toronto, ON — April 28, 2026 —Xero, the global small business platform, today announced the rollout of a new North America Product & Tech Hub in Vancouver, British Columbia. Building on Xero’s expansive global network of specialized cross-functional teams, the Vancouver-based Product & Tech Hub will serve as a strategic node in Xero’s global innovation network. This Hub will support Xero's teams to move faster, simplify how they work, and deliver better outcomes at scale for millions of customers globally.

Operating within Vancouver’s robust tech ecosystem, the North America Hub will expand Xero’s engineering presence in the region while advancing its broader technology and AI roadmap. In addition to AI development—including integrations with Anthropic and other leading AI companies—the Hub will be anchored by Xero’s Accounting Engine team focused on accelerating Xero’s core accounting products.
