Things to know before you apply

Important dates

Applications for our 2019 roles are now closed.

Documents to attach

  • Make sure you've got your CV, cover letter, and a copy of your academic transcript (we know it won’t be complete until the end of the year, so just send us everything so far).
  • If you’re not a citizen or permanent resident, you’ll need a copy of your passport showing your visa.
  • Add links to your online portfolio, website, or Github/ Stack Overflow/ Behance pages, or anything else you want to show us.

Grad day assessments

With the Xero grad program, most applicants won’t have normal interviews. Instead, we invite applicants to our offices for an assessment centre called grad day. It’s a lot more comprehensive – and a lot more fun – than regular interviews. Our product design and creative hub teams, which have fewer roles available, use a standard interview process.

Applications for our 2019 graduate program have now closed
