What you need to know

When you apply

Before you start your application, make sure you’ve got your CV, a cover letter and a copy of your academic transcript (we know it won’t be complete until the end of the year, so just send us everything so far). If you’re not a citizen or permanent resident, you’ll need a copy of your passport showing your visa. And remember to add links to your online portfolio, website, or Github/ Stack Overflow/ Behance pages or anything else you want to show us.

Important dates

Friday 13 May - applications close for the first set of interviews
Friday 9 September - applications close for the second set of interviews.
We open applications on March 1st and hire people throughout the year. That means the earlier you get your application in, the more roles there are available for you. If you miss the September close date, all roles will most likely have been filled.

Grad day

Grad day is when we invite a group of students to Xero so we can get to know each other and see who is right for the roles. We usually do this when we have a higher number of roles available, which is generally for our customer experience, developer and platform teams.  Our product design and marketing design teams do a normal interview process.
