Q: When and where is Xerocon 2026 being held?
A: Xerocon London 2026 is a two-day event that will be held at Olympia on 8-9 July 2026.
Q: What is Xerocon?
A: Xerocon is our flagship technology and innovation conference designed to empower and inspire accounting and bookkeeping professionals through learning, networking, and growth.

Q: What speakers can I expect at Xerocon London 2026?
A: The stellar line-up of speakers at Xerocon London 2026 will bring you insights from all corners of the business world. You’ll hear from senior leaders at Xero, including our CEO, Sukhinder Singh Cassidy; Chief Product and Technology Officer, Diya Jolly; Managing Director UK Kate Hayward and Regional Director EMEA Colin Timmis.

At Xerocon, you’ll find a range of content for people at all levels in your practice, from thought leadership insights for practice owners and leaders, to education how-tos for practice staff, and everything in between.

Q: Who is eligible to attend?
A: Xerocon London 2026 is open to all Xero accounting and bookkeeping partners and app partners around the world.
Q: When will tickets be available?
A: Tickets for Xerocon London 2026 are available now and can be purchased directly from the Xerocon registration website. This is the official and only way to purchase tickets.
Q: What’s included in the Xerocon ticket price?
A: A Xerocon ticket includes the two-day conference on 8-9 July 2026. A ticket to the Xerocon party on Wednesday 8 July 2026 can be purchased separately alongside your ticket.
Q: What time does the event start?
A: Registration and expo opens at 8am on both Wednesday 8 July and Thursday 9 July with sessions starting from 10.00am.
Q: When can we expect to see a detailed agenda or learn more about speakers?
A: We look forward to releasing more information on our agenda and speakers soon.
Q: Will there be a Xerocon party this year?
A: Yes. The Xerocon wrap party will be held at 6.30pm on Wednesday 8 July 2026 (Day 1). Tickets to the wrap party are only available by purchasing a 2-Day pass + party and are limited. The party will be hosted at Exhibition White City and is one of the highlights of Xerocon and definitely shouldn't be missed.
Q: Can I bring a guest to the party?
A: No, you can only attend our incredible party if you've bought a 2 day + party ticket. These tickets are limited and expected to sell out fast.
Q: Are attendees t-shirts back?
A: The annual t-shirt is back for Xerocon London 2026 and is a must-have keepsake! You can pre-purchase your t-shirt for an additional £15(ex VAT) when you buy your Xerocon ticket and collect it at the event.
Xero isn’t profiting from these – 100% of the profits go to a Xero approved charity . T-shirts can only be purchased during registration and cannot be purchased at the event. Please find more information here about the t-shirts and a size guide.
Q: Can we split tickets between more than one person over the two days?
A: No, we do not permit splitting any single ticket between multiple individuals across the event, as every attendee must have their own valid, named ticket for entry.
However, we are excited to now offer a dedicated Day 2 Only Pass. This provides maximum flexibility for your practice, allowing you to purchase access specifically for the final day of Xerocon if a colleague is unable to attend the full two days. You can choose either the Two-Day Pass (Wednesday & Thursday access) or the new Day 2 Only Pass (Thursday access only).
Q: Can we pay in installments?
A: No, we don’t offer installment payments. All tickets must be paid in full by credit or debit card at the time of purchase. If you'd prefer to pay via invoice, reach out to us at xerocon.london@xero.com for assistance.
Q: Can we pay by invoice?
A: Yes, if you're purchasing 10 or more tickets, we can arrange payment via invoice. Please email us at xerocon.london@xero.com and our team will assist you.
Q: How do I share my ideas for what I want to hear about at Xerocon London 2026?
A: Easy, just use this form to share what you want to hear more about at the event. The form will be open until Friday 30 January.
Q: I’d like to present my own content ideas at Xerocon London 2026. Is this possible?
A: Yes! We are offering partners the opportunity to present for 30 minutes on our dedicated partner & community stages. You can submit your presentation ideas for selection through apply.xeroconpitch.com. You’ll need a working title, presentation overview, a copy of your presentation (or draft) and a 60 second video introducing yourself. Submissions are open until 6 May 2026.
Cancellations and transfers
Q: What is the cancellation and refund policy?
A: Please advise us by email on xerocon.london@xero.com if you cannot attend Xerocon. If cancelled 21 days prior to the event, a full refund will be made via the original payment method and to the party who originally paid the registration fee. You can view our full cancellation policy here.
Q: Can I transfer my registration to another person?
A: No, all tickets must be used by the person who registered for the event. Please email xerocon.london@xero.com and we will cancel your registration in line with our cancellation policy.

A: While we don’t arrange travel or accommodation, Olympia does offer hotel options and there are many alternatives within the London city region.
