From 1 November 2026, the price of Xero subscriptions will increase in South Africa.

Standard

Premium
- Current: R 1095 /mo | New: R 1195 /mo | Change: +R 100 /mo
Details about the price change
- All pricing is in South African rand and includes VAT.
- The details of this price change relate to subscribers billed in rand on Xero Starter, Standard and Premium plans in South Africa only.
- The price of any optional Xero add-ons will not change.
- To find out what pricing plan you're on, head to Subscription in your Xero account and check the 'Subscription' column.
- Pricing is subject to change at any time, on notice to you, as per our terms of use.
Discounts and promo codes will continue to be honoured, but multi-organisation discount will be removed
If you have a current Xero discount or promo code, it will still apply to the new pricing until the discount or code expires. However, please note that from 1 November 2026, the multi-organisation discount will no longer be applied to subscriptions.
The price changes take effect from 1 November 2026
The price changes take effect for new and existing South African subscribers from 1 November 2026 and will show on invoices from this date onwards.
