Xero Assistance Program

The Xero Assistance Program will conclude on 31 July 2025

The Xero Assistance Program (XAP) is an initiative which started in 2019 to provide mental health support for Xero partners and customers in Aotearoa New Zealand. The program will conclude on 31 July 2025.

Beyond this date, we encourage anyone looking for help with their mental or emotional wellbeing to connect with the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, which provides individuals and workplaces with resources and advice on where to go for additional support. Xero is proud to support the Mental Health Foundation.

When XAP ends on 31 July 2025, customers will still have the option to access professional wellbeing support at an exclusive discounted rate, thanks to Xero’s partnership with TELUS Health (formerly known as Benestar). Find out more here.
