Q: Xerocon tickets have now sold out. Can attendees still register for the event?
A: As attendance is now at capacity, we’re unable to accommodate more registrations for the in-person event.
You can still register for our one-hour online live stream of the Xerocon Brisbane opening showcase. You’ll hear live key announcements, see product demos, learn about the latest updates from Xero, and understand our vision for the future of business.

Q: When and where is Xerocon 2025 being held?
A: Xerocon Brisbane 2025 is a two-day event that will be held at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre on 3-4 September 2025.
Q: What is Xerocon?
A: Xerocon is our flagship technology and innovation conference designed to empower and inspire accounting and bookkeeping professionals through learning, networking, and growth.
We’re bringing together the brightest minds in accounting and bookkeeping for two days of inspiration, connection, and game-changing insights. It’s more than a conference – it's the ultimate playground, coupled with actionable insights to help you thrive.
One of the largest accounting events in the southern hemisphere, you can look forward to engaging with app partners, external speakers, your peers, and senior members of the Xero leadership team, all bringing their unique insights and expertise to the table.
Q: Can I expect anything new and exciting at Xerocon Brisbane 2025?
A: Yes! We’re supercharging Xerocon with 60% more breakout sessions and 50% more guest speakers. You'll gain diverse perspectives, invaluable insights, and practical takeaways to take back to your practice. Other enhancements include:
- evolving our main stage to the Supercharge Stage to set you off on your Xerocon journey
- discovery stages will take the place of breakout stages, where you can customise your learning journey and discover content that matters the most to you
- more networking opportunities on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning
- plus we’ve got more up our sleeve, which we’ll announce before the event kicks off in September.

Q: What speakers can I expect at Xerocon Brisbane 2025?
A: The stellar line-up of speakers at Xerocon Brisbane 2025 will bring you insights from all corners of the business world. They include acclaimed Australian animator, director and writer, Joe Brumm, creator of the award-winning Australian animated television series Bluey alongside Ashley Fell and Dr Lucy Hone. You’ll also hear from senior leaders at Xero, including our CEO, Sukhinder Singh Cassidy; Chief Product and Technology Officer, Diya Jolly; and Managing Director ANZ and Chief Strategy Officer, Angad Soin.

Q: What level of content will be presented at Xerocon?
At Xerocon, you’ll find a range of content for people at all levels in your practice, from thought leadership insights for practice owners and leaders, to education how-tos for practice staff, and everything in between.
Q: How can I stay updated on Xerocon Brisbane 2025 announcements?

Q: Who is eligible to attend? A: Xerocon Brisbane 2025 is open to all Xero accounting and bookkeeping partners and app partners around the world.
Q: What time does the event start?
A: Registration and expo opens at 8am on both Wednesday 3 September and Thursday 4 September with sessions starting from 9.00am.
Q: When can we expect to see a detailed agenda or learn more about speakers?
A: We look forward to releasing more information on our agenda and speakers soon.
Q: Will there be a Xerocon wrap party this year?
A: Yes. The Xerocon wrap party will be held at 6.30pm on Thursday 4 September 2025 (day 2). Tickets are AUD$100 each, and are still available. The party will be hosted at Cloudland – it’s one of the highlights of Xerocon and definitely shouldn't be missed. To add the wrap party to your Xerocon ticket, please email xerocon.brisbane@xero.com.
Q: Can I bring a guest to the party?
A: No, you can only attend our incredible wrap party if you've bought a ticket to the full Xerocon experience.
Q: Are attendees t-shirts back?
A: The annual t-shirt is back for Xerocon Brisbane 2025 and is a must-have keepsake! To pre-purchase your t-shirt for an additional $25 (inc GST), email xerocon.brisbane@xero.com before Thursday 31 July – you will collect it at the event.
Xero isn’t profiting from these – 100% of the profits go to Beyond Blue in Australia, and Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand. T-shirts can only be pre-purchased and cannot be purchased at the event.

Q: I’d like to present my own content ideas at Xerocon Brisbane 2025. Is this possible?
A: Yes! We are offering partners the opportunity to present for 30 minutes on our dedicated partner stages. You can submit your presentation ideas for selection through apply.xeroconpitch.com. You’ll need a working title, presentation overview, a copy of your presentation (or draft) and a 60 second video introducing yourself. Submissions are open until 31 May 2025.
Cancellations and transfers
Q: What is the cancellation and refund policy?
A: Please email us on xerocon.brisbane@xero.com if you have a ticket but can no longer attend Xerocon. If cancelled 21 days prior to the event, a full refund will be made via the original payment method to the party who originally paid the registration fee. You can view our full cancellation policy here.
Q: Can I transfer my registration to another person?
A: Yes, please email xerocon.brisbane@xero.com with the details of the person you’d like to transfer your registration to and we’ll transfer it over.

A. Our host venue, the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, offers a variety of accessibility options. Xerocon Showcase Live
Q: What is Xerocon Showcase Live?
A: Xerocon Showcase Live is a one-hour online live stream of the opening showcase from Xerocon Brisbane. You’ll hear live key announcements, see product demos, learn about the latest updates from Xero, and understand our vision for the future of business.
Q: When is Xero Showcase Live happening?
A: The live stream of the event will begin at approximately 9.20am AEST on Wednesday 3 September and run for around 60-minutes. Please note that as this is a live event, the exact start time may slightly vary.
Q: How do I view and gain access to Xerocon Showcase Live?
A: If you’d like to view Xerocon Showcase Live, please register your interest for free via the Xerocon website. Upon registration, we'll send you a confirmation email to confirm your spot. We'll also send a reminder email with a viewing link closer to the event date.
Q: Will Xero Showcase Live be the full Xerocon experience?
A: No - it's a condensed, one-hour session focusing on the opening showcase and key product announcements. It will not include all the external speakers, breakout sessions or networking opportunities the in-person event does.
Q: Will viewers need a special link to watch the broadcast?
A: Yes - all viewers must register in order to receive a unique link to view the broadcast. The unique links cannot be shared as viewers will need to login to view the broadcast.
Q: Who is the intended audience?
A: Xerocon Showcase Live is aimed at Xero's accounting and bookkeeping partners, app partners, those interested in Xero's latest updates, and individuals unable to attend Xerocon in person.
Q: Will the broadcast have closed captions?
A: Yes, there will be AI-generated closed captions.
