Promo Code Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional code (Promo Code) is run on behalf of Xero (NZ) Limited (NZ company number 4123758), registered office at 19-23 Taranaki Street, Wellington 6011, New Zealand (Xero), and is open from 12:00am on 19 December 2022 to 11:59pm on 31 March 2024 (the Promotional Period). Xero may extend, cancel or amend this Promo Code and/or review and update these terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion.

2. To be Eligible to use this Promo Code, users must:

a. be based in New Zealand;

b. be a New Zealand football club associated with New Zealand Football; and

c. be a new Xero subscriber purchasing a Starter, Standard, Premium or Ultimate subscription, or

d. be an existing subscriber who is upgrading from a Partner Edition to a Starter, Standard, Premium or Ultimate or from a Starter, Standard, or Premium subscription to any higher level subscription.

3. The Promo Code entitles the eligible user to a free Xero New Zealand Starter, Standard, Premium or Ultimate subscription for 6 months.

4. The Promo Code cannot be transferred to others, or exchanged for cash or other benefits and cannot be split. The Promo Code cannot be transferred from a New Zealand Starter, Standard, Premium or Ultimate to any other Xero plan.

5. Use of this Promo Code will be periodically audited by Xero. Any uses of the Promo Code by an organsiation that does not comply with clause 2 of these terms will have the use of the Promo Code discount revoked and will be required to pay Xero the sum equivalent to the subscription fee for the period of unlawful use of the Promo Code.

6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xero and it's affiliated companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence), for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss), or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promo Code.

7. All use of Xero's services is subject to Xero's Terms of Use. Any personal information which we collect from you can be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
