XPAC is a diverse panel of accounting and bookkeeping partners who drive conversations on strategy and industry issues.
The Xero Partner Advisory Council (XPAC) consists of a diverse panel of Xero accounting and bookkeeping partners and provides a forum and mechanism to obtain real-time feedback and help drive conversations that will make a difference to Xero partners, small businesses and their communities. It also provides input into Xero global outcomes and strategic direction where relevant. Members of XPAC challenge and champion the needs of the industry and Xero’s partners. The XPAC team is a core part of the Xero ecosystem, playing a crucial role as a consultative group of industry experts that provide real-time, real-life feedback.
What makes a great XPAC member?
The council is comprised of passionate Xero partners who are keen to represent and be a voice for the Xero partner community. They aim to create better Xero experiences and industry outcomes together. XPAC members are not shy in their opinions; they challenge Xero and their colleagues to take ownership and solve problems as a team.
You’re a good fit if:
- You are a current Xero accounting or bookkeeping partner
- You're driven by a genuine enthusiasm for enhancing the overall product experience for both your firm and your clients within the Xero platform and ecosystem
- You have the ability to serve a two year term and bandwidth to travel to Denver twice a year in addition to one virtual meeting a quarter
