Easily sign up for e-sign right from within Xero Tax:

Step 1

Make sure you've been assigned Financial Privileges in Xero Tax or Practice Manager

Step 2

Go to the e-sign section of Practice Settings

Step 3

Add your name and your practice's email address

Step 4

Once a tax return has been Approved, press the ‘Request e-signature' button to sign up for e-sign services

Frequently asked questions

What documents can I use e-sign with?

E-sign can be used for all income tax declarations, activity statements and GST returns prepared within Xero Tax and Xero Practice Manager.

What happens if I already have an Adobe Sign Account?
You will still need to sign up for e-sign services through Xero Tax or Xero Practice Manager to use e-signatures on tax return declarations.

What happens if I need more signatures?
If you use more than 500 e-signatures within 12 months you can either purchase a larger bundle of 3,000 e-signatures or purchase additional bundles of 500.
