How to connect to Xero

CSR Connect has been built for the modern tradie. It provides you with 24/7, online access to information about all aspects of your trading activity with CSR. You can use CSR Connect to save time and money by performing many activities online, at your own convenience.

CSR Connect now also integrates with Xero to help reduce the amount of time you spend processing invoices.

In under 2 minutes, CSR customers can now link CSR accounts to Xero suppliers. Once completed, any future invoices or credit notes issued by CSR will automatically appear in Xero under the ‘Draft Bills’ section.

How to get started

  1. To get started with the integration, you’ll need to have an active CSR customer account and CSR Connect profile. You can set up an account and profile at the CSR Connect website.
  2. Once you've logged in to your CSR Connect account, navigate to your user menu and select the ‘Integrations’ option.
  3. From there, you’ll see the option to add a new Xero integration.
  4. Click the ‘Add integration’ button to be guided through the process.
