T&Cs for Stripe and GoCardless sign up promotion - Gift Vouchers
This offer is open to all directly billed, direct partner manager and direct partner billed Xero subscribers who have a current subscription during the Promotion Period, residing in one of the Participating Countries and who have not connected either a Stripe or GoCardless payments service account in Xero (“Eligible Customer”).
This gift card offer is open to Eligible Customers residing in Australia.
The Promotion Period is from 12.01am on 1 September 2023 till 11.59pm 31 October 2023 (AEST) (the “Promotion Period”), unless it ends earlier in accordance with clause 9 below.
Each organisation is only entitled to one (1) set of vouchers per eligible Xero organisation under this offer.
To receive the gift voucher, Eligible Customers must validly complete each of the following steps during the Promotion Period:
- Access your Xero account and complete the process to sign up and connect a Stripe or GoCardless payments service through Xero; and
- Ensure you receive an email from Xero confirming that your sign-up to Stripe or GoCardless has been successfully completed.
The subscriber of the relevant organisation will then receive a separate email from Xero which will provide a unique link to a website from a nominated third party agency, named xoxoday.com. Those emails will not be sent instantly, rather, Xero will send them out to Eligible Customers who have completed the above steps within 30 days of the signing up and within the Promotion Period.
The subscriber of the organisation or their nominee will be able to choose a voucher from a variety of retailers including grocers/supermarkets, hospitality, spa/beauty, electronics and entertainment. The monetary value of the voucher is $50 AUD.
This offer is limited to the first 10,000 Xero organisations from all of the Participating Countries that successfully sign up to a relevant Stripe or GoCardless payments service using their Xero account, by 23:59 on 31 October 2023. The time of submission is determined digitally on a successful sign up connection. This offer will end on the earlier of 10,000 Xero organisations successfully signing up a relevant Stripe or GoGardless payments service, or, at 23:59 on 31 October 2023 (AEST time), or such other date as determined by Xero.
Xero may extend, cancel or amend this offer and review or update these terms and conditions on its website at any time, at its sole discretion. By completing the sign up steps, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Xero may receive a commission or incentive for every Eligible Customer that signs up and connects to Stripe or GoCardless during the Promotion Period.
All decisions by Xero in relation to this offer are final. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xero and its affiliated companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence), for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss), or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the use of vouchers for this promotion.
