Xerocon London to return next summer
Xero’s premier event for accountants and bookkeepers returns after lockdown
London – 18 November 2021 – Xero, the global small business platform has today announced that Xerocon London will return next year, from 20 - 21 July.
Xerocon London, labelled as the ‘Glastonbury for accountant and bookkeepers’, will be hosted at Tobacco Dock in central London. It will provide Xero’s community of accountants and bookkeepers from across the UK, Europe and South Africa with a long overdue opportunity to catch up, share achievements, and learn more about the platform’s latest tools and features.
Over the course of two days, guests will hear from industry leaders and get expert insight into new and innovative ways to help them save time and grow. In their critical role as ‘key workers’ to small businesses, delegates will also learn how to make a greater impact on the success of their clients, to support post-pandemic economic recovery.
Xerocon London returns in 2022 to a new venue. Tobacco Dock is rich in cultural heritage, with curved brick vaults and listed timbers. For over two centuries it’s been a hub for precious cargo, and has witnessed trade deals, a tiger attack, and Victorian tasting days.
Glen Foster, Director of Accounting Partners, Xero commented: “We couldn’t have got to where we are today without the guidance of the fantastic accounting community, so we are thrilled to be hosting Xerocon London once more. With its vibrant history rooted in change, Tobacco Dock is a fitting venue for us to reconnect and recharge.”
“Since we last met, we’ve been enhancing and extending the Xero product in areas like tax, compliance and automation to support new digital tax rules, as well as the emergence of new business practices. We can’t wait to share more about what’s next.”
Past Xerocon speakers have included Olympic cyclist Chris Hoy, astronaut Tim Peake and broadcaster Louise Minchin. During this event, guests will be able to hear from some equally inspiring keynote speakers, share ideas with other professionals, and meet ecosystem app partners. More will be shared on speakers in the coming months.
Tickets are now for sale. Find out more about Xerocon London here, for the latest updates about COVID-19 information, speakers, FAQs and more.
