By using Xero live chat, you acknowledge that you have read and that you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Chat times and availability of Xero live chat may vary.
2. Xero live chat is provided by a third-party service provider of Xero located in the Philippines. In providing the chat function, your personal information will be made available to this third-party service provider so that chat services can be provided to you. Such personal information may include personal information Xero already holds about you. Our third-party service provider is subject to contractual confidentiality obligations and has agreed not to use your personal data for any unrelated purposes.
3. Xero may use any personal data and any other information you provide in the course of using Xero live chat for purposes of marketing its own products and services and for any other purpose set out in Xero’s Privacy Policy.
4. Xero does not guarantee that the information provided through Xero live chat will be error-free. The information is provided for your assistance regarding the Xero Software Application only, and does not constitute accounting, tax or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.
